我国工程职业发展的问题与建制——基于“工程师认知调查”的数据分析

【摘要】:工程职业的形成是近代以来的事情,工程职业化发展也成为工程技术创新重要的职业制度基础和保障。本论文通过对我国工程师进行问卷调查等实证研究方式,指出工程师对相关工程职业制度、技术标准和伦理规范认识不清,自我认同度不高和职业归属感不强等问题,提出推进工程教育认证国际化,促进工程职业协会自治,加强工程伦理教育,制定并完善工程伦理规范等对策建议,以加强我国工程职业化发展,推动工程技术创新。
[Abstract]:The formation of engineering profession is a matter of modern times, and the development of engineering professionalization has also become an important professional system foundation and guarantee for engineering technology innovation. Based on the questionnaire survey of engineers in China, this paper points out that the engineers do not have a clear understanding of the relevant engineering professional system, technical standards and ethical norms, the degree of self-identity is not high and the sense of professional belonging is not strong, and so on. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the internationalization of engineering education certification, promote the autonomy of engineering professional association, strengthen engineering ethics education, and formulate and perfect engineering ethics norms in order to strengthen the development of engineering professionalism and promote engineering technological innovation in China.
