我国少数民族大学生管理与校园文化建设

【摘要】：通过发放问卷与数据分析,本研究提出了我国高校少数民族学生管理的路径和办法,主要包括:在生活方面,鼓励各民族学生和睦相处;在学习方面,对少数民族学生给予照顾和指导;在经济方面,提供助学金和奖学金;在思想方面,对少数民族学生进行教育和引导;在文化方面,重视重大民族节日的庆祝活动。高校对少数民族学生管理应以国家政策和法规作为依据,寻求民族文化的融合与多元的平衡,以提高民族学生的学业成绩和就业能力为核心,高校在办学中要注重区域性、民族性和国际性的结合。
[Abstract]:Through the questionnaire and data analysis, this study puts forward the path and methods of the management of ethnic minority students in colleges and universities in China, mainly including: in the aspect of life, encourage the students of all nationalities to get along with each other in harmony; In the area of study, care and guidance are given to ethnic minority students; financial aid and scholarships are provided; ideologically, minority students are educated and guided; In terms of culture, importance is attached to the celebration of major national festivals. The management of ethnic minority students in colleges and universities should be based on the national policies and regulations, seek the balance between national culture and diversity, and improve the academic achievement and employment ability of ethnic students. Colleges and universities should pay attention to regional areas in running schools. A combination of nationality and internationalism.
