社会建构论视阈下残疾污名的形成及消解

【摘要】:污名是社会公众在残疾者受损身份上形成的消极认知,给残疾人带来了诸多负面影响。从社会建构的角度来看,残疾污名的形成经历了长期、循环的历史建构。其中,分类和排斥是残疾污名的隐性根源,话语和符号暴力是残疾污名的显性表达,自我认同是残疾污名的主体建构,制度区隔则为残疾污名披上了合法化的外衣。这四种方式并没有确定的起点,而是以动态循环的途径,建构着残疾污名这一社会事实。在消解残疾污名方面,改变残疾的理解模式、重塑话语氛围、增能与自我增能以及制度矫正将会是有效的途径和方式。
[Abstract]:Stigma is a negative cognition formed by the public on the impaired identity of the disabled, which has brought many negative effects to the disabled. From the perspective of social construction, the formation of disability stigma has experienced a long-term, cycle of historical construction. Among them, classification and exclusion are the recessive root of disability stigma, discourse and symbolic violence is the explicit expression of disability stigma, self-identity is the subject construction of disability stigma, and institutional division puts on legalization coat for disability stigma. These four ways do not have a definite starting point, but construct the social fact of disability stigma by the way of dynamic circulation. In the aspect of eliminating the stigma of disability, changing the understanding mode of disability, reshaping the discourse atmosphere, increasing energy, self-empowerment and institutional correction will be effective ways and means.
