以人为本理念下的成人教育改革路径创新

【摘要】："以人为本"既是素质教育的核心,也是成人教育改革需要重点落实的工作,而且"以人为本"真实地反映科学发展观思想。目前,我国成人教育存在生源结构比较复杂且文化水平参差不齐,传统应试教育理念根深蒂固,社会对成人教育存在一定程度的偏见甚至歧视,教学手段比较单一、乏味,教学内容过于滞后等问题。因此,为了有效地提升我国成人教育质量,需要改变传统的教育理念,在"以人为本"理念的指导下,丰富教育手段且不断地优化教育内容,增强师资力量的培训,将课堂教育的主动权归还给学生,并且构建完善的教育管理体系,让"以人为本"教育理念深入人心,从而全面地提升成人教育水平。
[Abstract]:"People-oriented" is not only the core of quality-oriented education, but also the focus of the reform of adult education, and "people-oriented" truly reflects the scientific concept of development. At present, adult education in our country has complicated structure of students and uneven cultural level, the traditional examination-oriented education concept is deeply rooted, the society has a certain degree of prejudice or even discrimination against adult education, the teaching method is relatively simple and boring. The teaching content is too backward and so on. Therefore, in order to effectively improve the quality of adult education in our country, we need to change the traditional educational concept, under the guidance of "people-oriented" concept, enrich the educational means and constantly optimize the content of education, strengthen the training of teachers. The initiative of classroom education should be returned to the students, and a perfect educational management system should be set up, so that the idea of "people-oriented" education can be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, so that the level of adult education can be improved comprehensively.
