宁波大型制造业企业的企业大学构建研究

【摘要】:1955年,全球第一所企业大学——通用电气克顿维尔学院正式建成。从此,企业大学在世界企业内快速发展,在中国的发展也日益蓬勃。2008年,通过企业官方渠道和公开媒介获得的已经建立或正在筹建的本土企业大学为242家。但到2012年,数字快速增加到1186家,四年间中国企业大学的数量以每个工作日1.2所的速度在增长。越来越多的政府将企业大学作为区域综合竞争力的重要指标,越来越多的企业将人才发展作为战略性的课题予以高度的关注,越来越多的企业家看到企业大学在人才培养、文化传承、知识创新、前瞻研究、变革管理和价值链整合的价值,并把企业大学作为企业发展的重要议题。 首先,本研究总结了国内外关于企业大学的研究现状和研究趋势,并在此基础上对企业大学的产生与发展、理论基础、典型大型制造业企业的企业大学建设案例进行阐述。其次,通过对宁波大型制造业企业的企业大学建设现状及存在的主要问题进行深入分析,结合企业外部环境的变化、内部存在的问题对宁波大型制造业企业建立企业大学的必要性进行分析。宁波大型制造业企业的软硬件基础和E-Learning技术的快速发展,为构建企业大学提供了稳固的可行性基础。接下来,运用企业大学方面的相关理论知识、方法和技术,对宁波大型制造业企业的企业大学进行构建。本研究主要是针对战略定位、课程体系的建设、师资体系的建设和培训质量保障体系的建设四个主要环节对宁波大型制造业企业的企业大学进行构建,其中又以课程体系和师资体系的建设为研究的重点。尤其围绕制造型企业的课程设置特点,给出了课程体系的建设方案和自主研发精品课程的方法。企业大学的质量保障体系建设从目的和运作模式、管理制度、管理层的支持和加强与外界合作交流等方面来分析。最后以沁园培训学院的构建实施为案例,深入剖析其构建的细节要素,希望能为宁波制造型企业的企业大学建设实践提供参考和借鉴。 宁波大型制造业企业的企业大学不能局限在以往局部、散乱的发展思路,企业大学的规划和发展应融合战略定位与核心能力等建设。依据企业战略发展的需求,,向变革推动者、员工发展顾问和业务合作伙伴三大角色转变,使企业大学真正成为支撑企业战略实现的助推器。从战略定位、课程体系、师资体系、质量保障措施四个环节,为企业大学业务的高效与有生命力运作提供有效的基础保障,充分发挥其对员工、文化及组织三个层面的价值和影响。
[Abstract]:In 1955, the world's first enterprise university-General Electric Christonville College was officially completed. Since then, corporate universities have developed rapidly in the world, and are booming in China. In 2008, 242 local universities have been established or are in the process of being built through official corporate channels and public media. But by 2012, the number had risen rapidly to 1186, with the number of Chinese corporate universities growing at a rate of 1.2 per workday over four years. More and more governments regard enterprise universities as an important indicator of regional comprehensive competitiveness, more and more enterprises pay high attention to the development of talents as a strategic issue, and more entrepreneurs see that enterprise universities are training talents. The value of cultural inheritance, knowledge innovation, prospective research, change management and value chain integration. First of all, this research summarizes the research status and research trend of enterprise universities at home and abroad, and on this basis, the emergence and development of enterprise universities, theoretical basis, typical large manufacturing enterprises of the enterprise university construction cases are described. Secondly, through the deep analysis of the present situation and the main problems of the university construction of the large manufacturing enterprises in Ningbo, combined with the changes of the external environment of the enterprises, Internal problems to Ningbo large-scale manufacturing enterprises to establish the necessity of enterprise universities. The foundation of software and hardware and the rapid development of E-Learning technology in large manufacturing enterprises in Ningbo provide a solid and feasible basis for the construction of enterprise universities. Then, using the relevant theory knowledge, method and technology of the enterprise university, the enterprise university of Ningbo large manufacturing enterprise is constructed. This research is mainly aimed at the strategic orientation, the construction of the curriculum system, the construction of the teacher system and the construction of the training quality assurance system. Among them, the construction of curriculum system and teacher system as the focus of research. Especially, according to the characteristics of course setup in manufacturing enterprises, the construction scheme of curriculum system and the method of independent research and development of high quality courses are given. The construction of quality assurance system of enterprise universities is analyzed from the aspects of purpose and operation mode, management system, support of management and strengthening cooperation and communication with the outside world. Finally, taking the construction and implementation of Qinyuan training College as a case, this paper deeply analyzes the details of the construction, hoping to provide reference and reference for the construction practice of Ningbo manufacturing enterprises. The enterprise universities of large manufacturing enterprises in Ningbo should not be confined to the former parts and scattered development ideas. The planning and development of enterprises universities should be combined with the construction of strategic orientation and core competence. According to the demand of enterprise strategic development, the enterprise university becomes the booster to support the realization of enterprise strategy by changing into three roles: change promoter, employee development adviser and business partner. From the strategic orientation, the curriculum system, the teacher system, the quality assurance measure four links, provides the effective foundation safeguard for the enterprise university business high efficiency and the vitality operation, fully displays its to the staff, The value and influence of culture and organization.
