国际视角下的成人教育治理研究

【摘要】：成人教育治理强调参与主体的多元化、公共利益的最大化、教育决策的科学化。文章从国际视角探究了成人教育治理的内涵、模式、主体协作,提出通过政府分权和加强治理主体的能力建设来促使成人教育从"共治"达到"善治",为推进我国成人教育管理模式的变革和发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:Adult education governance emphasizes the diversification of participants, the maximization of public interests and the scientific decision-making of education. This paper probes into the connotation, mode and cooperation of adult education governance from the international perspective, and proposes to promote adult education from "co-governance" to "good governance" by means of government decentralization and strengthening the capacity-building of governance subjects. It provides a reference for promoting the reform and development of adult education management mode in China.
