美国孤独症干预循证实践研究报告的解读

【摘要】:二十一世纪以来,孤独症领域的循证实践研究日益受到关注。本文选择美国孤独症领域循证实践研究最具影响力的五个报告,即《国家孤独症发展报告-阶段1》(2009),《孤独症谱系障碍服务项目-基于环境考量的总结报告》(2010),《孤独症谱系障碍儿童、青少年及成人的循证实践报告》(2010),《孤独症谱系障碍儿童、青少年及成人的循证实践报告》(2014)以及《国家孤独症发展报告-阶段2》(2015),从入选循证实践报告的条件、循证实践的标准和循证实践的类型三个方面对报告进行分析解读,并在此基础上分析美国孤独症领域循证实践研究的发展趋势,以期为我国孤独症儿童的有效干预研究提供启示。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 century, evidence-based practical research in the field of autism has attracted more and more attention. This paper selects the five most influential reports on evidence-based practice in the field of autism in the United States, namely, the National Autism Development report-Phase 1 (2009), the Autism pedigree Disorder Service-A Summary report based on Environmental considerations (2010), the evidence-based practice report of Children, adolescents and Adults with Autism pedigree Disorder (2010), and the Children with Autism pedigree Disorder. The evidence-based practice report of adolescents and adults (2014) and the National Autism Development report-stage 2 (2015) analyze and interpret the report from three aspects: the conditions of evidence-based practice report, the criteria of evidence-based practice and the types of evidence-based practice, and on this basis, analyze the development trend of evidence-based practice research in the field of autism in the United States, in order to provide enlightenment for the effective intervention research of autistic children in China.
