汉语国际教育硕士培养中优化实践环节研究

【摘要】:近些年来,在汉语国际推广事业的不断发展壮大的大背景下,汉语国际教师的需求日益增加,汉语国际教育硕士专业随之应运而生。其培养目标是:"通过课程学习和教学实践,使学生具备一定的汉语言、汉文化和外语水平,能熟练的掌握对外汉语教学、中华文化传播和跨文化交际技能,同时要培养学生具有良好的思想品格和职业道德,并致力于汉语国际推广工作的高层应用型、复合型、国际化的专门人才。"[1]而要实现这个目标,其途径只有一个,就是要抓住人才培养中的实践教学环节,本文试图从技能培养和综合能力两方面进行探索,寻求人才培养中的实践教学环节的最优策略,从中发现问题、解决问题,以致最终实现基础知识扎实、能力强、上手快的优秀汉语国际教师的培养目标。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the background of the continuous development of the Chinese international promotion, the demand of the Chinese international teachers is increasing day by day, and the Master of Chinese International Education specialty emerges as the times require. The training aims are: "through the course study and teaching practice, students will have a certain level of Chinese language, Chinese culture and foreign language, be able to master the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, Chinese culture dissemination and cross-cultural communication skills," At the same time, to train students with good ideological character and professional ethics, and to devote themselves to the international promotion of Chinese, high-level applied, composite, and international professionals. "[1] to achieve this goal, there is only one way to achieve this goal," he said. It is to grasp the practical teaching link in the talent training. This paper attempts to explore from the two aspects of the skill training and the comprehensive ability, to seek the best strategy of the practical teaching link in the talent training, from which to find the problem and solve the problem. Finally, we can achieve the training goal of excellent Chinese teachers with solid basic knowledge, strong ability and quick use.
