【摘要】：乌干达是一个低收入国家,也是世界上最不发达的国家之一。但是根据SClmago的期刊与国家排名以及期刊协会(Journal Consortium)的非洲大学与高等教育机构排名,该国马克雷雷大学的科研能力排名在非洲大学中名列前茅,跻身非洲大陆一流大学之列。这与该国的经济发展水平形成了鲜明的对比。那么,马克雷雷大学何以能够在科研能力的建设上取得如此良好的成就呢?回顾马克雷雷大学过去近二十年的发展历程,可以看出：在其科研能力建设中,广泛、有效的国际科研合作起着至关重要的作用。本研究分六个部分：绪论主要阐述了研究的目的、意义、方法、以及对前人研究的综述；第一部分是对马克雷雷大学科研能力建设国际合作的背景分析,对背景的分析主要是从国际层面、国家层面以及机构(马克雷雷大学自身)层面入手;第二部分是从合作历程、合作模式、合作内容、合作资金四个方面对马克雷雷大学科学研究能力建设中的国际合作进行了概述,展示了马克雷雷大学国际科研合作的广‘泛性：第三部分选取了瑞典国际发展合作署与马克雷雷大学之间的科研合作这一典型案例来剖析马克雷雷大学国际科研合作的有效性；第四部分是总结马克雷雷大学科研能力建设国际合作的成果,并分析了国际科研合作的成功经验;最后一部分是结语,主要阐述马克雷雷大学通过国际合作提升自身科研能力建设中的经验对低收入国家的大学所具有的启示意义。
[Abstract]:Uganda is a low-income country, is also one of the world's most developed country. But according to SClmago journals and Periodicals Association and national ranking (Journal Consortium) and the African university ranking of higher education institutions, the country's Mark Ray Ray university scientific research ability of University ranked among the best in Africa, Africa ranks among the top university. This is in stark contrast with the country's economic development level. So, Mark Ray Ray why can achieve such good achievements in the construction of scientific research ability of the university to review Mark Ray Ray? The development of nearly twenty years, can be seen in the extensive scientific research ability in the construction of international cooperation in scientific research, effective play vital role. This study is divided into six parts: the introduction mainly expounds the research purpose, significance, methods, and previous research on the summary of the first; Part is the analysis of the construction of scientific research ability of international cooperation Mark Ray Ray University in the background, the analysis of the background is mainly from the international level, national level and institutions (Mark Ray Ray University) aspects; the second part is from the process of cooperation, cooperation mode, cooperation content, four aspects of cooperation funds provides an overview of the international cooperation in the construction of Mark Ray Ray University of science study ability, show the wide of Mark Ray Ray University of international cooperation in scientific research: the third part selects the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency between the University and Mark Ray Ray's research validity as a typical case to analyze the Mark Ray Ray University of international cooperation in scientific research; the fourth part is the summary of the construction of scientific research ability of international cooperation Mark Ray Ray University achievements. And the analysis of the successful experience of international cooperation in scientific research; the last part is the conclusion, mainly expounds Mark Lei Lei The University's experience in building its own scientific research capacity through international cooperation has implications for universities in low-income countries.
