【摘要】：在我国进入科技飞速发展和社会结构转型的新时期,大数据信息技术突飞猛进,对大学生的生活方式、思想观念产生了深刻的影响,在加强和创新高校思想政治工作中有效的利用互联网新媒体、新技术,使之充满时代活力、更好的立德树人,是目前高校思想政治工作面临的新问题,同样也给大学生思想政治教育工作的加强和创新营造了更好的机遇。本文基于大数据时代的新形势和新要求,针对学校、教师、学生的三者关系,紧密围绕社会主义核心价值观这一"意识形态教育生命线",明确提出了大学生思想政治教育工作创新和改进的重要原则。深入对大数据时代大学生思想政治教育工作的具体方法和措施展开思考研究,并提出了一些具有普适性和共同性的意见、建议。提出了科学、合理、高效运用大数据时代下丰富多元的时代元素来发展创新大学生思想政治教育内容,利用大数据分析来改进、指导、促进思想政治教育开展新方法;提出了紧密联系新时期的社会现实情况,深刻了解当今社会矛盾,不断在新环境和新矛盾中探索、更新、创建思想政治教育体系,进一步加强和改进高校大学生思想政治教育工作,达到有效提升大学生思想政治教育实效性的目的,是当前高校思想政治工作面临的新目标、新任务。"明者因时而变,知者随事而制。"大数据时代创新高校思想政治工作,在成功解决工作困难的探索道路上,需要紧随时代精神,增强思想引领的主导性,掌握理念和手段创新灵魂,基础工作创新精髓,用新举措、新办法,不断打造思想意识领域工作的新局面,确切落实立德育人的根本任务和历史使命。

Put forward the scientific, reasonable and efficient use of the era of rich and diverse elements under the era of big data to develop the content innovation of Ideological and political education of college students, using a large data analysis to improve, guide, promote new methods to carry out the ideological and political education; put forward the close contact with the new era of social reality, a profound understanding of the social contradictions, in the new environment and new contradictions in the exploration, update, create a system of Ideological and political education, to further strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students, to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education, is a new the target, facing the current ideological and political work in the new task. "Ming changed over time, wise and prepared with things." the ideological and political work innovation in big data era, In successfully solve the difficult work way, need to follow the spirit of the times, strengthen the leading role of leading thought, grasp the ideas and means of innovation spirit, innovation based essence, new initiatives, new methods, new situation continue to build the ideological field work, basic task and historical mission of the exact implementation of moral education.
