民国师范教育制度中国化探索及当代启示

【摘要】：晚清以降,我国师范教育制度的构建过程体现了明显的"仪型他国"的特点,从模仿日本首次建立中国现代师范教育制度,到后来转而照搬和移植美国师范教育制度,这种"仪型他国"的特色一以贯之。民国时期,很多有识之士逐渐意识到单纯地照搬和移植异域师范教育制度的弊端,遂进行了中国化的探索。师范教育制度的中国化及其实践活动,对于当前我国师范教育的发展具有很好的史鉴功能。
[Abstract]:In the late Qing Dynasty, the construction process of the normal education system of our country reflected the characteristic of "other countries" obviously, from imitating Japan to establish the modern normal education system of China for the first time. Later on, the American normal education system was copied and transplanted, and the characteristics of the "instrument type of other countries" persisted throughout the period of the Republic of China. Many people of insight gradually realized the disadvantages of copying and transplanting the foreign normal education system, and then carried on the exploration of the localization of the normal education system in China and its practical activities. For the current development of normal education in China has a good function of historical review.
