【摘要】:本研究要解决的核心问题是大学生现代文化人格的养成。现代文化人格这一概念的提出借鉴了文化人类学、社会学、心理学等领域的研究成果,鉴于中国当代国民素质的现状以及研究条件便利,将研究对象锁定为大学生。大学生现代文化人格内涵架构的立意基础是汲取中西方文化思想中的精华。养成对策虽然涵盖社会、家庭、学校等各个系统,重点研究高校的可为之处。首先透过纷繁复杂的社会现象发现背后的问题本质,并从理论上分析问题形成的原因。研究中列举了十种大学生群体性问题行为。透过这些群体性问题行为暴露出的国民性问题有:理性思维缺乏、公共意识淡漠、创新行为缺少、超越精神缺失、诗意情怀丧失。其次分析了造成这些国民性问题的中国传统文化模式因素有:尊德性尚权威的思维方式、以血缘为基础的家族意识、懒于革新的守旧行为模式、积极入世的物质主义价值观、庸俗低俗粗俗的草根文化。进而通过三个角度的社会比较:东西方文明比较、不同社会形态比较、不同社会制度比较,论证了这五种传统文化因素存在的历史渊源以及对国民文化人格产生的影响。得出结论:造成这些群体性问题行为的背后原因就是国民文化人格中的前现代因素。并根据这个研究结论,建构了大学生现代文化人格,内涵包括:理性思维、公共意识、创新行为、超越精神、诗意情怀。再次以现代文化人格作为核心概念,参照英格尔斯等人的现代性测量问卷对南审大学生样本进行了人格现代化水平测量,分析了 13种变量对大学生文化人格的现代化水平产生的影响,研究得出对大学生文化人格现代性水平产生积极影响的最重要因素是:喜欢阅读人文书籍,其次重要的有:社会阅历丰富、有文艺特长、父母关系好、非独生子女、生活在南方、女性。以南京审计大学书院制文化育人为实验研究,介绍当前高等教育人才培养模式的一个创新方向,以书院为载体,整合社会教育、家庭教育、学校教育的功能,养成学生现代文化人格。具体分析了学院、书院、导师、辅导员、学生自治组织各自发挥怎样的作用。最后论述了大学生现代文化人格的养成对策。按照影响力从小到大顺序,依次包括:社会环境浸染、家庭环境熏陶、教育环境塑造、教育主体自主选择。本研究重点关注的是后面两个因素,如何围绕激发主体选择设计教育环境。
[Abstract]:The core problem to be solved in this study is the cultivation of modern cultural personality of college students. The concept of modern cultural personality has been put forward for reference in the fields of cultural anthropology, sociology, psychology and so on. In view of the current situation of the quality of contemporary Chinese nationals and the convenient conditions for research, The purpose of this study is to draw the essence of Chinese and Western cultural thoughts. Although the countermeasures include society, family, school and other systems, Focus on what can be done in colleges and universities. First of all, through the complicated social phenomena, we discover the nature of the problems behind them. The causes of the problems are analyzed theoretically. Ten kinds of collective problem behaviors of college students are listed in the study. The problems of national character exposed through these behaviors are as follows: lack of rational thinking, lack of public consciousness, lack of innovative behavior, and so on. Secondly, it analyzes the factors of Chinese traditional cultural model that cause these problems of national character: the thinking mode of respecting morality and authority, the family consciousness based on blood relationship, and the old-fashioned behavior mode which is lazy to innovate. The materialistic values of China's entry into the WTO, the vulgar and vulgar grass root culture, and the social comparison from three angles: the comparison of eastern and western civilizations, the comparison of different social forms, and the comparison of different social systems, This paper demonstrates the historical origin of these five traditional cultural factors and their influence on the national cultural personality. The conclusion is that the pre-modern factors in the national cultural personality are behind the behavior of these mass problems. And on the basis of this study, The modern cultural personality of college students is constructed, which includes rational thinking, public consciousness, innovative behavior, surpassing spirit, poetic feelings, and taking modern cultural personality as the core concept. Referring to the modernity questionnaire of Ingels et al., this paper measures the level of personality modernization of the college students' samples from South China, and analyzes the influence of 13 variables on the modernization level of college students' cultural personality. The study shows that the most important factors that have a positive effect on the cultural personality modernity of college students are that they like to read humanistic books, and the second most important factors are: rich social experience, special arts and arts, good parental relationship, and non-only child. Living in the south, female. Based on the experimental study of the academy system culture of Nanjing Audit University, this paper introduces an innovative direction of the current higher education talent training mode, takes the academy as the carrier, integrates social education and family education, The function of school education and the cultivation of students' modern cultural personality. At last, the author discusses the countermeasures of cultivating modern cultural personality of college students. According to the order of influence from small to large, it includes: social environment, family environment edification, educational environment shaping, social environment soaking, family environment edifying, educational environment shaping, and so on. This study focuses on the latter two factors, how to design the educational environment around the motivating subject choice.
