留学生就业求职网站的设计研究

【摘要】：随着网络的飞速发展,互联网为用人单位提供了一种新的招聘方式——网络招聘,这不仅给用人单位和求职者提供了丰富的资源,更使得招聘过程更加简单、方便、高效。近些年来,我国的社会经济的不断发展和国际影响力的不断扩大,吸引了越来越多的海外留学生来华求学,而来华留学生教育是高校教育国际化的重要组成部分。因此,关注和改善高校留学生管理模式和职业发展也是教育国际化发展的重要体现,但是目前我国对留学生就业兼职问题的应用研究甚少,而且由于在华留学生兼职的大趋势以及在华留学生的群体特性,就业兼职已经成为在华留学生学习和生活的重要组成,是一种普遍存在的现象。鉴于此,本研究以所在学校的在华留学生为例,结合留学生的个性化需求和实际的网络招聘特征,拟设计出一个符合留学生特殊群体特征的就业求职网站,为在华留学生提供一个就业和兼职的平台,提高高校教育国际化发展水平,补充现有留学生相关研究的不足,本论文主要包括以下三方面的研究工作。第一,通过文献综述法,对网络招聘的现状进行一定的分析,再以华中师范大学的在华留学生为例,通过问卷调查和访谈,获得在华留学生的求职现状、实际想法和要求等,然后,通过网上调研,探究目前国内外主流招聘网站的优势和不足,在此基础上,从内容与功能、网站设计、用户个性化设计三个方面进行分析和总结,确定网站设计研究的需求出发点。第二,对网站进行需求分析,提出网站的总体目标,结合留学生就业兼职过程中的求职招聘流程,针对留学生、用人单位、系统管理员三种用户角色的实际需求,对网站的功能模块进行功能设计,详细地描述各功能模块的业务逻辑设计,并进行可行性分析。第三,进行网站设计,提出网站的设计目标和设计原则,对网站进行系统框架设计,划分系统各模块,并进行详细功能设计和概述。同时,对数据库进行设计,然后,根据网站的特点和现有条件,确定了网站界面及风格,进行界面实现。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the network, the Internet provides a new recruitment method for employers, which not only provides abundant resources for employers and job seekers, but also makes the recruitment process simpler and more convenient. In recent years, with the development of social economy and the expansion of international influence, more and more overseas students have been attracted to study in China, and the education of overseas students in China is an important part of the internationalization of higher education. Paying attention to and improving the management mode and career development of foreign students in colleges and universities is also an important embodiment of the development of internationalization of education. However, there are very few researches on the application of part-time employment for foreign students in our country at present. Moreover, because of the general trend of part-time students in China and the characteristics of the group of students studying in China, part-time employment has become an important component of the study and life of foreign students in China, which is a common phenomenon. This study takes the overseas students in China as an example, combining the individualized demand of foreign students and the actual characteristics of online recruitment, to design a job search website which accords with the characteristics of the special group of foreign students. To provide an employment and part-time platform for foreign students in China, to improve the development level of internationalization of higher education, and to supplement the deficiencies of related research on foreign students, this paper mainly includes the following three aspects of research work. First, through literature review, This paper analyzes the current situation of online recruitment, and then takes the overseas students of Central China normal University as an example, through questionnaires and interviews, obtains the status quo, actual ideas and requirements of overseas students in China, and then, through online research, To explore the advantages and disadvantages of the current mainstream recruitment websites at home and abroad, on this basis, from the content and function, website design, user personalized design three aspects of analysis and summary, to determine the starting point of website design research needs. This paper analyzes the demand of the website, puts forward the overall goal of the website, and combines the process of employment and part-time employment of foreign students, aiming at the actual needs of the three user roles of foreign students, employers and system administrators. The function module of the website is designed, the business logic design of each function module is described in detail, and the feasibility analysis is carried out. Thirdly, the website design is carried out, and the design goal and design principle of the website are put forward. At the same time, the database is designed, and then, according to the characteristics and existing conditions of the website, the interface and style of the website are determined. Implement the interface.
