失败学习视角下大学生创业核心能力提升研究

【摘要】：对大学生创业者而言,"失败"是一种宝贵的学习资源,不但可以为其提供深度学习和反思领悟的机会,而且也为创业主体积累创业经验、加速发展创业核心能力创造可能。在探寻失败学习理论的基础上,文章描述了失败学习与大学生创业核心能力提升之间的"三力"关系,论述了大学生创业失败的内涵。基于过程演进和关键行为视角,文章阐述了失败学习促进大学生创业核心能力提升的中间机制,并试图建构有利于开展高质量失败学习的多维环境,以此发展大学生创业元认知能力、实践运作能力和自我恢复能力。
[Abstract]:For college students' entrepreneurs, "failure" is a valuable learning resource, which can not only provide them with the opportunity of deep study and introspection, but also accumulate entrepreneurial experience for the entrepreneurs. On the basis of exploring the theory of failure learning, this paper describes the "three forces" relationship between failure learning and the enhancement of college students' core entrepreneurial competence. This paper discusses the connotation of college students' entrepreneurial failure. Based on the perspective of process evolution and key behavior, this paper expounds the intermediate mechanism of failure learning to promote the promotion of college students' core entrepreneurial competence. It also tries to construct a multi-dimensional environment conducive to carrying out high-quality failed learning so as to develop college students' entrepreneurial metacognition ability practical operation ability and self-recovery ability.
