基于思想政治教育维度的高校法治文化建设研究

【摘要】：法治国家的建设不仅是制度建设,更是一种思想建设、文化建设。为全面推进依法治国和法治中国建设,必须大力弘扬社会主义法治精神,建设社会主义法治文化。法治文化是法治之源,对法治的实现具有重要的影响。当前高校法治安全事件一再发生,增强高校师生员工的法治意识和法治观念,构建高校法治文化符合高校的实际诉求。随着社会的发展和时代的进步,良好的思想政治教育逐渐成为培育人才的重要环节。思想政治教育是高校师生员工"知法"、"懂法"、"守法"、"用法"的重要保障,是高校法治文化建设的重要渠道,在促进高校法治文化建设的过程中具有极其重要的意义。本文首先从高校法治文化建设的概念出发,探究思想政治教育与高校法治文化建设的内在联系,分析基于思想政治教育维度的高校法治文化建设的特点。其次,结合问卷调查,分析当前思想政治教育应用于高校法治文化建设取得的成效和存在的问题,并探究存在问题的原因。最后,从加强高校法治精神文明建设、构建高校法治文化建设保障机制、营造高校法治文化育人环境三个方面提出对策建议,从而使高校法治文化建设保持正确的方向和充足的动力。
[Abstract]:The construction of a country ruled by law is not only the construction of system, but also the construction of ideology and culture. In order to comprehensively promote the rule of law and the construction of China under the rule of law, we must vigorously carry forward the spirit of socialist rule of law. Construction of socialist culture of rule of law. The culture of rule of law is the source of the rule of law and has an important impact on the realization of the rule of law. With the development of the society and the progress of the times, the construction of the culture of rule of law in colleges and universities accords with the actual demands of the colleges and universities. Good ideological and political education has gradually become an important link in the cultivation of talents. Ideological and political education is an important guarantee for teachers and students in colleges and universities to "know the law", "understand the law", "abide by the law", and "use", and is an important channel for the construction of the culture of rule of law in colleges and universities. In the process of promoting the construction of the culture of rule of law in colleges and universities, it is of great significance. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the construction of the rule of law culture in colleges and universities based on the dimension of ideological and political education. Secondly, combined with the questionnaire survey, the paper analyzes the achievements and problems of the application of ideological and political education in the construction of the culture of rule of law in colleges and universities. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three aspects: strengthening the construction of the moral civilization of the rule of law, constructing the guarantee mechanism of the construction of the culture of the rule of law in colleges and universities, and creating the educational environment of the culture of the rule of law in colleges and universities. Thus, the construction of the culture of rule of law in colleges and universities should keep the correct direction and sufficient motive force.
