创业环境对大学生创业意愿的影响研究

【摘要】：在全球创业活动持续发展的趋势下,越来越多的国家把创新创业的活跃度看作是社会进步的风向标。我国也积极鼓励、支持创新创业活动的开展,政府及相关部门也出台了一系列促进创新创业发展的政策。大学生群体作为创新创业发展的生力军,在促进其发展中发挥着中流砥柱的作用。然而随着我国高等教育大众化模式的深入,使得大学毕业生人数迅速激增,大学生就业压力越来越严峻。所以引导大学生自主创业,以创业带动就业是解决大学生就业难问题的重要途径。在现实中我国大学生整体创业意愿不高,创业成功率较低,为了了解哪些因素会对大学生创业意愿产生影响,在借鉴国外相关文献的基础上,选取创业环境这一因素来分析其对大学生创业意愿的影响。本研究在梳理了大学生创业、创业环境及创业意愿相关文献的基础上,根据大学生的基本特征,对创业环境及创业意愿维度进行了选择。创业环境包括政策支持环境、经济发展环境及社会文化环境三个维度,创业意愿包括创业希求性、创业可行性及创业的行为倾向三个维度,并据此提出相应的假设。然后通过调查问卷进行数据的收集,将收集的数据进行整理,并运用统计软件SPSS进行描述性统计分析、相关分析及回归分析,结果显示创业环境对大学生创业意愿具有正向影响。创业环境各维度对大学生创业意愿均具有正向影响,其中社会文化环境对大学生创业意愿影响最大。创业环境各维度对大学生创业意愿各维度均具有正向影响,对大学生创业希求性、创业可行性及创业的行为倾向影响最大的是社会文化环境,但对大学生创业希求性影响最小的是经济发展环境,对大学生创业可行性影响最小的是政策支持环境,对大学生创业的行为倾向影响最小的经济发展环境。最后在此基础上,为提高大学生创业意愿、优化创业环境提出有针对性的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of global entrepreneurial activities, more and more countries regard the activity of innovative entrepreneurship as a vane of social progress.China also actively encourages and supports the development of innovative entrepreneurial activities, the government and related departments have also issued a series of policies to promote the development of innovative entrepreneurship.As a new force of innovation and entrepreneurial development, college students play an important role in promoting their development.However, with the deepening of the popular mode of higher education in China, the number of college graduates increases rapidly, and the employment pressure of college students becomes more and more severe.Therefore, it is an important way to solve the difficult problem of employment for college students to guide them to start their own businesses and promote employment.In reality, the overall entrepreneurial willingness of college students in our country is not high, and the success rate of entrepreneurship is relatively low. In order to understand what factors will affect the entrepreneurial willingness of college students, we should draw lessons from relevant foreign literature.This paper analyzes the influence of entrepreneurial environment on college students' entrepreneurial willingness.On the basis of combing the literature on entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial willingness of college students, and according to the basic characteristics of college students, this study selects the dimensions of entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial willingness.Entrepreneurial environment includes three dimensions: policy support environment, economic development environment and social and cultural environment. Entrepreneurial willingness includes three dimensions: entrepreneurial desire, entrepreneurial feasibility and entrepreneurial behavioral tendency.Then through the questionnaire to collect data, collect the collected data, and use the statistical software SPSS for descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results show that the entrepreneurial environment has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial willingness of college students.Each dimension of entrepreneurial environment has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial willingness of college students, in which the social and cultural environment has the greatest impact on the entrepreneurial willingness of college students.Each dimension of entrepreneurial environment has a positive impact on each dimension of college students' entrepreneurial willingness, and the social and cultural environment has the greatest impact on the entrepreneurial desire, entrepreneurial feasibility and entrepreneurial behavior tendency of college students.However, the economic development environment has the least impact on college students' entrepreneurial desire, the least impact on college students' entrepreneurial feasibility is the policy support environment, and the least impact on college students' entrepreneurial behavior tendency is the least impact on the economic development environment.Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve college students' entrepreneurial willingness and optimize entrepreneurial environment.
