灵活学习背景下大学教师发展的路径

【摘要】：随着信息与通讯技术的迅猛发展,知识获取变得更加简便和灵活。灵活学习概念的引入准确地概括了这种形势。灵活学习已然构成了当今时代的学习背景。在此背景下,传统的大学教学在技术、教学法、实施策略和组织体系四个方面受到挑战,以此分析为出发点,大学教师教学发展路径在于:提升教师的数字素养、关注教学法的转变、推进"混合学习"的教学实施策略、加强教师发展的组织保障。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information and communication technology, knowledge acquisition becomes more convenient and flexible.The introduction of the concept of flexible learning accurately summarizes the situation.Flexible learning has already formed the learning background of the present age.In this context, traditional university teaching is challenged in four aspects: technology, teaching method, implementation strategy and organizational system. Based on this analysis, the development path of university teachers' teaching lies in: improving teachers' digital literacy.Pay attention to the change of teaching method, promote the implementation strategy of "mixed learning" and strengthen the organizational guarantee of teachers' development.
