基于广州文化资源的来粤民族大学生价值观教育研究

【摘要】：受国家对民族生教育政策的影响,越来越多少数民族大学生来到内地高校求学,但他们受到原居住地的的生活环境、宗教信仰、民风习俗的影响,与社会主义主流价值观存在一定的矛盾与冲突,所以对他们进行价值观教育引导,强化社会主流价值观的认同是当前迫切的任务。而各个地方的文化资源是价值观教育的重要载体,这要求教育者要对他们所到地的地方文化资源进行挖掘、开发和运用,运用地方鲜活的文化资源以及其中蕴含的积极文化价值观对其进行引导,使他们能感受中华民族文化的多样性和包容性、强化对社会主流价值观的认同、最终提升中华民族认同、国家认同。本文以广州高校的民族大学生为研究对象,集中在教育者在对民族大学生进行价值观教育时如何挖掘与利用广州地方文化资源这一研究主题上,通过实证研究调查广州高校在运用广州地方文化资源对民族大学生进行价值观认同教育的状况,并分析出民族大学生与广州地方文化交往的状况、影响的现状、以及价值观上存在的状况问题,并在此基础上建构出针对性的教育策略。本文共分为四大部分,第一部分是引言,分析了选题的缘由,阐述研究现状及研究方法与内容、价值及创新点。第二部分论述了运用广州地方文化进行民族大学生价值观教育的可行性分析,分析了运用地方文化进行民族生价值观教育优势,如地方文化蕴涵的中华民族价值观、地方文化场景诠释价值观意蕴、多种地方文化形式优化价值观认同等;接着指出两大类地方文化资源(民族生生长地和所到地广州)的共通性是前提条件,如两类地方文化蕴涵共同的价值取向、共同的价值追求、共同的历史记忆等,再分析广州文化资源的先进性包含着爱国进取、兼容创新、和谐诚信、文明友爱的价值观,这与社会主义核心价值观具有一致性。第三部分,通过问卷调查、个案访谈的方式调查广州高校在运用广州地方文化资源对民族大学生进行价值观教育的状况和问题,分析了运用广州文化资源进行民族生价值观教育可能的障碍,接着分析导致这些问题的原因。第四部分,针对以上问题,提出有效运用广州地方文化资源进行民族大学生社会主义核心价值观教育的策略,提出对来粤民族进行价值观教育的规律和原则,遵循教育对象的视觉感知、体验感悟、涵化认同的心理认知过程;优化价值观教育过程的实施环节,在教育对象上,了解分析民族大学生价值观的现状,在内容上挖掘、开发地方文化资源的价值观意象,在教育途径上打造“综合、立体、多向”的涵化途径,在教育方式上采取“尊重差异、磨砺认同”的培养机制,促使民族大学生形成积极的价值观认同,并得以提升中华民族认同和国家认同。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of the state's policy on education for ethnic students, more and more ethnic minority college students come to mainland colleges and universities, but they are influenced by the living environment, religious beliefs, and customs of the original place of residence.There are some contradictions and conflicts with the mainstream values of socialism, so it is an urgent task to educate them and strengthen the recognition of the mainstream values.The cultural resources in various places are the important carriers of the education of values, which requires educators to dig, develop and use the local cultural resources where they go.They can feel the diversity and inclusiveness of the Chinese culture and strengthen the recognition of the mainstream values of the society by using the local living cultural resources and the positive cultural values contained therein.Finally, promote the identity of the Chinese nation, national identity.This paper focuses on the research topic of how to excavate and utilize Guangzhou's local cultural resources when educators carry out values education for ethnic college students in Guangzhou.Through empirical research, this paper investigates the status of value identity education of ethnic college students in Guangzhou using local cultural resources in Guangzhou, and analyzes the current situation and influence of the communication between ethnic college students and local culture in Guangzhou.On the basis of this, the author constructs a targeted education strategy.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, analyzes the reason of the topic, expounds the research status, research methods and content, value and innovation.The second part discusses the feasibility analysis of using Guangzhou local culture to carry out the education of national college students' values, and analyzes the advantages of using local culture in the education of national students' values, such as the values of the Chinese nation contained in the local culture.The local cultural scene interprets the meaning of values, and various forms of local culture optimize the identification of values, and then points out that the commonality of the two kinds of local cultural resources (the place where the nationalities are born and where they live) is the prerequisite.For example, the two kinds of local cultures contain common value orientation, common value pursuit, common historical memory, etc., and then analyze the advanced nature of Guangzhou's cultural resources including the values of patriotic enterprising, compatible innovation, harmony and honesty, civilization and fraternity, etc.This is consistent with socialist core values.The third part, through questionnaire survey and case interview, investigates the status and problems of value education of ethnic college students in Guangzhou colleges and universities using local cultural resources in Guangzhou.This paper analyzes the possible obstacles of applying Guangzhou's cultural resources to the education of national students' values, and then analyzes the causes of these problems.The fourth part, aiming at the above problems, puts forward the effective use of local cultural resources in Guangzhou to carry out socialist core values education of ethnic college students, and puts forward the laws and principles of value education for Guangdong nationality.Following the psychological cognitive process of educational object's visual perception, experience perception and acculturation, optimizing the implementation of the process of value education, understanding and analyzing the present situation of national college students' values in the educational object, excavating in the content,To develop the local cultural resources' image of values, to create a comprehensive, three-dimensional and multi-directional approach to education, and to adopt a training mechanism of "respecting differences and sharpening identity" in the way of education.To promote the formation of positive values of ethnic college students, and to promote the identity of the Chinese nation and national identity.
