探析高校毕业生就业质量提升路径——基于麦可思报告数据

【摘要】：本研究基于第三方数据机构麦可思公司2009—2017年连续九年编著出版《中国大学生就业报告》的调查数据,结合我国高等教育发展态势、经济增长走势、行业发展趋势分析高校毕业生面临的宏观就业环境,着重分析高校毕业生在就业率、薪资水平、专业差异、职业转换四个重要就业质量指标,借以阐释高校毕业生就业质量的突出问题,最后,在高等学校人才培养视域下,探寻提升高校毕业生就业质量的可行有效的路径和措施。
[Abstract]:This study is based on the survey data compiled and published by the third party data organization McCormings for the ninth consecutive year from 2009-2017 to the publication of the report on Employment of Chinese College students. Combined with the development trend of higher education in China, the trend of economic growth is also discussed. The development trend of the industry analyzes the macro employment environment faced by college graduates, focusing on four important employment quality indicators: employment rate, salary level, professional differences, and career transformation. In order to explain the outstanding problems of the employment quality of college graduates, finally, under the field of talent training in colleges and universities, to explore the feasible and effective ways and measures to improve the employment quality of college graduates.
