动物遗传学综合性实验项目的探索与实践

【摘要】：实验教学是高校动物科学专业在人才培养过程中必不可少的重要环节,动物遗传学是动物科学专业一门重要的专业基础课,开发综合性和设计性实验项目可提高动物遗传学实验教学的质量及动物科学专业人才的培养质量。动物遗传育种与繁殖教研室开设"采用PCR方法快速鉴别动物性别"的综合性实验项目,经过在动物科学专业三届学生中的实践结果表明,该项目不仅可巩固动物遗传学理论课所教的多个知识点,还可提高学生综合实验设计能力,培养学生实验的严谨性和创新精神。
[Abstract]:Experimental teaching is an essential part of animal science major in colleges and universities. Animal genetics is an important basic course for animal science major. The development of comprehensive and design experimental projects can improve the quality of animal genetics experiment teaching and the training of animal science professionals. The animal genetics, breeding and reproduction teaching and research department has set up a comprehensive experiment project, "using PCR method to quickly identify animal sex". The results of the experiment in the third class of animal science students show that, This project can not only consolidate many knowledge points taught in animal genetics theory class, but also improve students' comprehensive experimental design ability and cultivate students' rigorous and innovative spirit of experiment.
