中国研究型大学智库的发展现状研究——基于内容分析和专家访谈的调查

【摘要】：文章对研究型大学以智库为发展定位的机构进行分析,发现其区位分布有明显的集群现象,成立模式有官学研合作型、高校自主型和国际合作型3种,研究领域广泛且主要集中于教育、经济和国际问题领域。文章通过专家访谈印证并阐释了当前智库发展存在内涵建设不足等问题,认为需要从树立正确的智库观、建设高水平人才团队、构建实体化运行的管理体制与运行机制、打造专业化的知识生产与转化平台等方面加强智库内涵和质量建设。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of research universities with think-tanks as their development orientation, the paper finds that there are obvious cluster phenomena in their location distribution, and there are three kinds of establishment modes: cooperation between government and research, autonomous universities and international cooperation. Research is extensive and focuses on education, economics and international issues. Through expert interviews, this paper proves and explains the problems existing in the current development of think-tanks, such as insufficient connotation construction and so on. The author thinks that it is necessary to set up a correct concept of think tanks, to build a high-level talent team, and to construct a substantial operating management system and operating mechanism. Build specialized knowledge production and transformation platform and strengthen the connotation and quality construction of think-tank.
