长株潭城市群高等教育结构与产业结构的协调度研究

【摘要】：知识经济时代,高等教育已成为推动经济发展的强大动力,长株潭城市群作为我国中部崛起战略核心区域之一,在我国经济社会发展中有着举足轻重的地位。产业结构是经济结构的主要构成,也是衡量一国或地区核心竞争力的重要标志,产业结构的发展必然会引起人才需求结构的变化,高等教育作为培养人才的主要机构,必须结合产业发展对人才需求的要求服务于区域产业经济的发展。随着长株潭城市群一体化的推进,为适应经济发展与产业结构调整,必须加强高等教育结构对区域产业结构的适应性,调整和优化人才培养战略。如何合理、有效地利用长株潭城市群地区的教育、经济资源,研究其高等教育结构发展和产业结构演进的协调性、分析其影响因素,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。本文基于高等教育结构理论、产业结构理论,综合运用文献研究法、比较分析法、理论分析与实证分析相结合等方法,以长株潭城市群作为研究对象,分析其高等教育结构和产业结构的发展现状,进行协调度测度,接着对高等教育结构与产业结构协调度的影响因素进行实证研究,最后通过实证研究结果总结出基本结论并提出相关的对策与建议。研究结果表明:(1)长沙和株洲的高等教育结构和产业结构发展属于高等教育结构发展滞后型,而湘潭的高等教育结构和产业结构发展是属于高等教育结构发展同步型,甚至是超前型。(2)长株潭城市群高等教育结构和产业结构处于中度耦合向高度耦合协调发展的阶段,但各城市之间高等教育结构和产业结构发展的耦合协调度却具有较大的差异。(3)无论是高等教育结构系统和产业结构系统的内部因素,还是外部因素,其对二者之间的耦合协调度均有显著影响,但影响程度和方向不尽相同。本文主要创新之处:(1)研究对象上,在综合国内外学者基于高等教育结构与产业结构协调度的研究的基础上,本文打破了研究对象多集中于单个城市的分析,选取了长株潭城市群作为研究对象,试图探讨出其高等教育结构与产业结构协调影响因素与路径。(2)研究视角上,本文主要从高等教育人才培养的教育机制和科研成果的角度,研究高等教育结构和产业结构的适应性和协调度,进行具体的现象和原因分析。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, higher education has become a powerful driving force to promote economic development. As one of the strategic core regions of the rise of central China, Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration plays an important role in the economic and social development of our country. Industrial structure is the main composition of economic structure, and it is also an important symbol to measure the core competitiveness of a country or region. The development of industrial structure will inevitably lead to changes in the structure of talent demand. It is necessary to serve the development of regional industrial economy in combination with the demand for talents from industrial development. With the development of the integration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, in order to adapt to the economic development and the adjustment of industrial structure, it is necessary to strengthen the adaptability of the structure of higher education to the regional industrial structure and to adjust and optimize the strategy of talent training. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the coordination between the development of higher education structure and the evolution of industrial structure and to analyze the influencing factors, how to make rational and effective use of education and economic resources in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration. Based on the theories of higher education structure, industrial structure, literature research, comparative analysis, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper takes Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration as the research object. This paper analyzes the development status of higher education structure and industrial structure, measures the degree of coordination, and makes an empirical study on the influencing factors of the coordination degree between higher education structure and industrial structure. Finally, the paper summarizes the basic conclusions and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions through the empirical research results. The results show that the structure of higher education and the development of industrial structure in Changsha and Zhuzhou belong to the lagging development of higher education structure, while the development of higher education structure and industrial structure in Xiangtan belongs to the synchronous development of higher education structure. Even the structure of higher education and industrial structure of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is in the stage of moderate coupling to highly coupled and coordinated development. However, the degree of coupling and coordination of the development of higher education structure and industrial structure among different cities is quite different, whether it is the internal factor or the external factor of the higher education structure system and the industrial structure system. It has a significant effect on the degree of coupling and coordination between the two, but the influence degree and direction are different. On the basis of synthesizing the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the coordination between higher education structure and industrial structure, this paper breaks the analysis of single city. Taking Chang-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration as the research object, this paper tries to explore the influence factors and paths of the coordination of higher education structure and industrial structure from the perspective of educational mechanism and scientific research achievements of higher education talent training. This paper studies the adaptability and coordination of higher education structure and industrial structure, and analyzes the concrete phenomena and causes.
