大学生过度手机依赖现象的小组工作介入研究

【摘要】:随着信息化时代的不断推进,手机已经成为我们生活中不可缺少的通讯工具,在大数据引领的时代,手机提供如购物、阅读、音乐、游戏等“一站式”服务,从而让大学生对手机产生爱不释手的依赖性。通过在对大学生手机依赖问题进行问卷调查时发现大学生对手机依赖性在不断的攀升。大学生上课玩手机、打电话等时常发生,严重破坏了大学的课堂教学纪律,同时也降低了学生学习效率,使他们的注意力难以集中到课堂中来。同时手机成为了大部分学生搜集信息的主要工具,在获取信息便捷化和简单化的同时,养成了手机依赖性的习惯,使他们失去了对知识自主性与积极性的探索,造成很多大学生的记忆能力和思考能力在都在下降,这不利于大学生综合素质的全面提高。长时间的依赖手机和网上非面对面的社交,导致大学生的社交能力下降,有的甚至不能很好的跟自己同学、亲人更好的沟通,使自己完全沉迷于网络的虚拟世界无法自拔。甚至一些大学生患上了被心理专家定义为所谓的“手机依赖症”的心理疾病,并且侵蚀着大学生的学习生活和身心健康,亟需需要我们社会工作者研究出相关对策进行干预。本文将对大学生进行问卷和访谈的形式了解对手机依赖的情况,对产生的原因和影响进行分析,探索用小组工作方法介入来减少大学生对手机的依赖策略。在问卷和访谈中我们分析得出手机依赖对学习能力、人际交往和自我控制能力等方面均有很大的负面影响。本文主要通过改变大学生个体主观因素,在优势视角、认知行为、社会系统以及增权理论的基础上开展小组活动。目的是通过发掘自身优势,培养兴趣爱好,提升自信心;培养沟通能力,促进人际交往;加强自我管理能力等几个方面,精心设计小组活动介入来改善大学生对手机依赖。
[Abstract]:With the development of the information age, mobile phone has become an indispensable communication tool in our life. In the era led by big data, mobile phone provides "one-stop" services such as shopping, reading, music, games and so on. So that college students have a fondness for cell phone dependence. Through the questionnaire survey on cell phone dependence of college students, it is found that cell phone dependence of college students is increasing. College students often play with their mobile phones and make phone calls in class, which seriously destroys the discipline of classroom teaching, and reduces the efficiency of students' study, which makes it difficult for them to concentrate on the classroom. At the same time, the mobile phone has become the main tool for most students to collect information. While obtaining information is easy and simple, they have developed the habit of relying on mobile phones, which has made them lose their exploration of knowledge autonomy and enthusiasm. As a result, many college students' memory ability and thinking ability are declining, which is not conducive to the overall improvement of college students' comprehensive quality. Relying on mobile phone for a long time and non-face to face social network, resulting in a decline in social skills of college students, some can not even very good with their classmates, relatives better communication, so that they are completely addicted to the virtual world of the Internet can not extricate themselves. Even some college students suffer from psychological diseases defined by psychological experts as so-called "mobile phone dependence", and erode the study life and physical and mental health of college students. Therefore, it is urgent for us social workers to develop relevant countermeasures to intervene. In this paper, the questionnaire and interview of college students will be conducted to understand the situation of cell phone dependence, to analyze the causes and effects, and to explore the strategies to reduce the dependence of college students on mobile phones through the intervention of group work methods. In the questionnaire and interview, we find that mobile phone dependence has a great negative effect on learning ability, interpersonal communication and self-control ability. By changing the subjective factors of college students, this paper develops group activities on the basis of superiority perspective, cognitive behavior, social system and empowerment theory. The purpose is to improve college students' dependence on mobile phone by exploring their own advantages, cultivating their interests and hobbies, improving their self-confidence, cultivating their communication ability and promoting interpersonal communication, and strengthening their self-management ability.
