创新人才培养视角下高校辅导员职业能力提升的路径研究

【摘要】：创新人才培养是当前我国高等教育教学改革的重点和难点,高校思想政治教育作为培养创新人才的软环境,有着促进创新人才全面发展的核心作用。高校辅导员作为高校思想政治教育的骨干力量,其职业能力的提升既是辅导员职业化、专业化发展的需要,更是创新人才培养的需要。在深刻理解高校创新人才培养和辅导员职业能力的内涵的基础上,理清两者关系,进而探索出"以导促提、以德促提、以情促提、以学促提、以用促提、以评促提、以奖促提、以赛促提、以研促提"的高校辅导员职业能力提升的有效路径,具有十分重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of innovative talents is the focus and difficulty of the teaching reform of higher education in our country at present. As a soft environment for the cultivation of innovative talents, ideological and political education in colleges and universities plays a key role in promoting the all-round development of innovative talents. College counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The promotion of their professional ability is not only the need of professionalization and professional development of counselors, but also the need of cultivating innovative talents. On the basis of a deep understanding of the connotation of the cultivation of innovative talents and the professional ability of counselors in colleges and universities, this paper clarifies the relationship between the two, and then explores "promoting by guidance, by virtue, by emotion, by learning, by means of promotion, by evaluation, and by awards." It is of great significance to improve the professional ability of college counselors through competition and research.
