高等教育学的危机与改造

【摘要】：高等教育学作为应国家改革需要而产生的一门新兴学科,带有鲜明的时代烙印和国家主义色彩。近年来,伴随高等教育学学科建设的不断推进,学科制度化既规范了高等教育学的人才培养和学术研究也窒息了高等教育学的想象力。当前在我国,由于理论与实践的相互疏离,高等教育学作为一门学科的象征性远大于实用性。为走出学科发展危机,高等教育学亟需一场"革命性"的改造,以适应新的实践需要。在高等教育日趋普及和学术专业分工日益精细化的时代,高等教育学只有为改进人类的高等教育实践作出切实的贡献,才能得到学界和社会的广泛承认,成为真正意义上的学科。
[Abstract]:Higher education, as a new subject which comes into being in response to the needs of national reform, has a distinctive brand of the times and a color of nationalism. In recent years, with the continuous development of the discipline construction of higher education, the institutionalization of discipline not only standardizes the cultivation of talents and academic research in higher education, but also stifles the imagination of higher education. At present, because of the alienation between theory and practice, the symbolism of higher education as a subject is far greater than practicality. In order to get out of the crisis of discipline development, higher education urgently needs a "revolutionary" transformation to meet the new practical needs. In an era when higher education is becoming more and more popular and academic specialization is becoming more and more refined, the science of higher education can be widely recognized by academic circles and society only by making practical contributions to improving the practice of human higher education. Become a true discipline.
