转型期高校劳动关系变革风险与防范

【摘要】:高校劳动关系根据激励—贡献理论可以分为四类:准交易型、相互投资型、投资不足型和过度投资型劳动关系。高校不同类别劳动关系在人才引进、人才培育、劳动关系、学生服务等高校人事问题类风险内容和程度上有差异。运用鱼骨图法识别出高校劳动关系风险因子包括:教师激励风险、教师引进风险、文化氛围风险、教师贡献风险、教师流失风险和教师行为风险。构建的三级高校劳动关系风险评估指标体系可用来判断风险发生的可能性及损失程度。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of motivation-contribution, the labor relations in colleges and universities can be divided into four types: quasi-transactional, mutual investment, underinvestment and overinvestment. Different types of labor relations in colleges and universities are different in the content and degree of personnel problems such as talent introduction, talent cultivation, labor relations, student service and so on. The risk factors of labor relations in colleges and universities are identified by using the fishbone chart method. The risk of teachers' motivation, the risk of teachers' introduction, the risk of cultural atmosphere, the risk of teachers' contribution, the risk of teachers' loss and the risk of teachers' behavior are identified. The evaluation index system of labor relationship risk in tertiary colleges and universities can be used to judge the possibility of risk occurrence and the degree of loss.
