高校学生安全稳定工作的时代审视及其路径优化

【摘要】：高校学生安全稳定工作关系到社会的和谐有序、学校的改革发展和学生的健康成长,是社会安全、国民安全的重要内容,是总体国家安全观的重要组成部分。从国家安全教育链接高校思想政治工作的全方位育人、从平安校园建设协同推进高校学生安全稳定的系统工程,全面把握新时期高校学生安全稳定工作的逻辑演进,赋予其新的时代内涵和价值意蕴,以强基固本规范制度建设、以排查隐患降低风险概率、以稳控明患确保视线关注、以统筹协调提高应急处理能力,渐进优化高校学生安全稳定工作的路径。
[Abstract]:The work of college students' safety and stability is related to the harmony and order of the society. The reform and development of the school and the healthy growth of the students are the important contents of the social security and the national security, as well as the important part of the overall national security concept. From the point of view of national security education linking the all-round education of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and promoting the systematic engineering of safety and stability of college students in cooperation with the construction of safe campus, we can comprehensively grasp the logical evolution of the work of safety and stability of college students in the new period. Endow it with new connotation of the times and value implication, strengthen the system construction of foundation and solid foundation, reduce the probability of risk by checking hidden trouble, ensure the attention of sight, and improve the ability of emergency treatment as a whole and coordinately. Gradually optimize the path of safety and stability of college students.
