学校社会工作介入高校学生工作的路径研究

【摘要】:本研究的.核心是如何将学校社会工作介入我国高校学生工作。学校社会工作研究的核心是寻找到合适的路径,使其可以更好地融入高校,为高校服务,培养学生成长成才,形成全员育人大格局。要想对学校社会工作介入高校学生工作的路径进行全面的研究,必须先对学校社会工作、高校学生工作、以及学校社会工作介入高校学生工作有个清晰的认知。笔者首先通过总结我国高校学生工作所存在的问题、高校学生状况,并借鉴学校社会工作发展完善的国家(地区)和地区的经验,如英国、德国和香港等。同时对我国高校学生工作历史、现状进行研究得出:学校社会工作要想介入高校学生工作,必须构建一种新的管理协调合作模式,结合我国高校当代的学生工作,通过机制体系创新将学校社会工作介入到高校学生工作中。在此基础上,首先通过明确学校社会工作的具体内容及其关注的问题,为学校社会工作更好地介入到高校学生工作中提供理论基础。其次,通过学习其他国家(地区)相关学生工作方面的管理经验,借鉴境外学校社会工作先进的理念和方法,进而对我国高校学生工作进行革新。本研究进一步提出学校社会工作介入我国高校学生工作的路径选择。目前社会工作介入高校学生工作的具体模式包括借鉴引入模式和系统重构模式,从理念、制度、方法层面的分析研究,逐步形成学校社会工作对高校的介入。由此提出大学生全员育人共同体建设构想,该共同体是在学校的学生工作的制度创设上进行新的尝试,将学生工作干部队伍和学校社会工作者有机结合,为高校学生工作创新带来有利契机,从而推动我国高校社会工作本土化进程。最后,本研究提出了学校社会工作介入高校的具体路径并对其机制进行改革创新,构建一种新的管理协调合作模式,引入学校社会工作者,构建了高校学生工作的两大系统并行运作模式,即以学校社会工作为统领的服务辅导系统和以思想政治教育为统领的教育管理系统的协调合作模式,构建大学生全员育人共同体,为大学生的健康成长提供高质量、多层次、多样化的服务。通过制度完善、人员专业化、职业化、高校学生工作体系标准化以及新体系中两个系统之间如何实现协调与合作,提出初步的设计,实现共赢。
[Abstract]:In this study. The core is how to involve the school social work in the university student work in our country. The core of the research on school social work is to find a suitable way so that it can be better integrated into colleges and universities, serve for colleges and universities, train students to grow up and become talented, and form a great pattern of educating people by the whole staff. In order to conduct a comprehensive study on the path of social work in colleges and universities, we must first have a clear understanding of the social work in schools, the work of students in colleges and universities, and the involvement of social work in the work of students in colleges and universities. First of all, the author summarizes the problems existing in the work of college students in our country, the situation of university students, and draws lessons from the experiences of the countries (regions) and regions where the development of social work in schools is perfect, such as the United Kingdom, Germany and Hong Kong, and so on. At the same time, through the research on the history and present situation of college student work in our country, it is concluded that in order to get involved in college student work, we must construct a new mode of management coordination and cooperation, and combine with the contemporary student work in colleges and universities in our country. Through the mechanism system innovation, the school social work will be involved in the university student work. On this basis, first of all, by clarifying the specific contents of the school social work and the problems concerned, it provides a theoretical basis for the better involvement of the school social work in the work of college students. Secondly, by studying the management experience of other countries (regions), learning from the advanced ideas and methods of overseas schools' social work, we can innovate the student work in our country. This study further puts forward the path choice of social work in colleges and universities in China. At present, the specific mode of social work involved in the work of college students includes the model of introduction and the mode of system reconstruction, the analysis and study of the concept, system and method, and the gradual formation of the involvement of social work in colleges and universities. Therefore, the paper puts forward the idea of the construction of the community of students' all-staff education, which is a new attempt on the establishment of the system of student work, which organically combines the student work cadre team with the school social worker. It brings a favorable opportunity for the innovation of college students' work and promotes the process of localization of social work in colleges and universities in China. Finally, this study puts forward the specific path of school social work intervention in colleges and universities, and carries on the reform and innovation to its mechanism, constructs a new mode of management coordination and cooperation, and introduces the school social workers. This paper constructs two parallel operation modes of student work in colleges and universities, that is, the service and guidance system under the guidance of school social work and the coordination and cooperation mode of the educational management system under the guidance of ideological and political education. To construct the community of college students to provide high-quality, multi-level and diversified services for the healthy growth of college students. Through perfecting the system, professionalizing the personnel, standardizing the work system of college students and how to realize the coordination and cooperation between the two systems in the new system, this paper puts forward the preliminary design to realize the win-win situation.
