高校转型背景下应用型本科院校实践教学体系研究

【摘要】：近年来,国家引导部分地方普通高等院校转型应用型本科院校发展,目的是为了使这些地方院校直接对准地区经济的发展需要培养应用型人才,全面地提高学生的实践能力、岗位竞争力、创新能力,为他们未来的职业生涯打下扎实基础。对于应用型本科院校而言,要培养应用型人才那么实践教学则在其中就发挥着非常关键的作用。因此,实践教学则是目前各个应用型本科院校培养经济社会发展所需要的应用型人才过程中重要的研究课题,也是全面提升学生实践能力的重要途径。本论文研究的最终目的是在以往研究的基础之上,提出更为科学的,完善的实践教学体系优化对策建议。为高校转型背景下应用型本科院校的实践教学改革和创新提供理论支撑和实践借鉴。本论文在贯彻落实国家重大战略政策的基础上,根据劳动力市场对应用型人才的需求,以及应用型本科院校人才培养目标,对应用型本科院校的实践教学体系进行了深入研究。(1)本论文从应用型本科院校的概念和特征入手,对应用型本科院校、教学体系、实践教学体系等概念进行了逐一的界定。(2)在前人的研究基础之上,以马克思主义实践观、多元智能理论、能力本位教育作为本论文的理论支撑,阐述了应用型本科院校实践教学的基本特征。(3)通过对陕西省三所转型发展中的应用型本科院校实践教学情况开展了实地调研,并对案例院校各自的实践教学现状进行了深入分析,从中发现了在实践教学体系构建过程中存在的普遍问题。(4)通过分析出现的普遍问题和成因对应用型本科院校的实践教学目标体系、内容体系、管理体系、评价体系、保障体系五个方面提出了更加科学、完善的优化对策建议。本论文以高校转型应用型本科院校发展为背景,以应用型本科院校为对象,以全面提升学生的实践能力为出发点,对应用型本科院校的实践教学体系进行了优化。更好地提高应用型人才的培养质量,增强学生就业的核心竞争能力。并为应用型本科院校的可持续发展提供内在动力。也为应用型本科院校更好的服务于地区经济的可持续发展贡献一份力量。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the state has guided some local colleges and universities to transform into application-oriented colleges and universities, in order to direct these local colleges and universities to the development of regional economy, to train applied talents, and to improve students' practical ability in an all-round way. Post competitiveness, innovative ability, for their future career lay a solid foundation. Practical teaching plays a key role in cultivating applied talents for applied undergraduate colleges. Therefore, practical teaching is an important research topic in the process of cultivating applied talents for the development of economy and society in various applied undergraduate colleges and universities. It is also an important way to improve the students' practical ability in an all-round way. The ultimate purpose of this paper is to put forward more scientific and perfect countermeasures and suggestions on the optimization of practical teaching system based on the previous research. It provides theoretical support and practical reference for practical teaching reform and innovation of applied undergraduate colleges under the background of university transformation. On the basis of carrying out the important national strategic policy, according to the demand of the labor market for applied talents and the training goal of applied undergraduate colleges and universities, This paper starts with the concept and characteristics of applied undergraduate colleges and universities, and gives an introduction to the teaching system of applied undergraduate colleges and universities. The concept of practical teaching system is defined one by one. (2) on the basis of previous studies, the author takes Marxist view of practice, theory of multiple intelligences and ability based education as the theoretical support of this paper. This paper expounds the basic characteristics of practical teaching in applied undergraduate colleges and universities, and carries out a field investigation on the practical teaching situation of three applied undergraduate colleges and universities in the process of transformation and development in Shaanxi Province. Furthermore, the paper makes a thorough analysis of the current situation of practice teaching in case colleges and universities. Through analyzing the common problems and causes of practical teaching system, the paper analyzes the practical teaching target system, content system, management system and evaluation system of applied undergraduate colleges. Five aspects of the security system put forward more scientific, perfect optimization countermeasures. This paper takes the development of applied undergraduate colleges and universities as the background, takes the applied universities as the object, and takes the promotion of the students' practical ability as the starting point, and optimizes the practical teaching system of the applied undergraduate colleges and universities. Improve the quality of applied talents training and enhance the core competitive ability of students in employment. It also provides the internal power for the sustainable development of applied undergraduate colleges. It also contributes to the sustainable development of regional economy.
