【摘要】：本文立足于高等教育的生态性发展,运用教育社会生态观、跨学科研究模式、文献法以及对教育社会现实的自然观察法,对我国高等教育发展中的现实冒进问题进行了系统的考察,并提出相应的生态性应对思路与举措。本文针对我国高等教育规模在较短时期内超常速急剧扩张的严峻现实,提出并明确界定了我国高等教育生态冒进这一问题的基本概念,简要梳理了相对薄弱的研究现状以及可以解读高等教育生态冒进的一般理论;着重概括了我国高等教育生态冒进给高等教育自身乃至整个社会带来的严重负面效应。本文深入剖析了导致我国高等教育生态冒进的原因:对高等教育拉动内需的功能和产业化发展的片面理解与操作;国际高等教育大众化理念与实践的枳桔效应诱导;我国高等教育发展相对落后现实的窘迫;高等教育自身加速扩张的失控驱动。针对我国高等教育生态冒进的严峻现实和成因,本文从下述方面提出了相应的促使我国高等教育回归常态速度生态发展的应对思路与举措:深化认识,树立高等教育生态常速发展的理念;参照现实,找准高等教育生态常速发展的坐标;依据常态,调整我国高等教育生态的常速发展;依据法理,强化高等教育适速发展的法律保障。
[Abstract]:Based on the ecological development of higher education, this paper applies the ecological view of educational society, the interdisciplinary research model, the literature method and the natural observation method to the reality of educational society. This paper makes a systematic investigation on the problem of realistic advance in the development of higher education in our country, and puts forward the corresponding ecological countermeasures and measures. In view of the austere reality that the scale of higher education in our country expands rapidly in a short period of time, this paper puts forward and clearly defines the basic concept of ecological advance of higher education in our country. This paper briefly combs the relatively weak research situation and the general theory which can interpret the ecological advance of higher education, and emphatically summarizes the serious negative effects brought by the ecological advance of higher education to higher education itself and the society as a whole. This paper deeply analyzes the reasons that lead to the ecological advance of higher education in China: the one-sided understanding and operation of the function and industrialization development of the domestic demand of higher education, the induction of the concept and practice of international higher education popularization. The development of higher education in our country is relatively backward and the higher education itself is driven out of control by accelerating its expansion. In view of the severe reality and causes of ecological rash advance of higher education in China, this paper puts forward the corresponding thinking and measures to promote the return of higher education to the normal speed of ecological development from the following aspects: deepen the understanding, To establish the concept of ecological constant speed development of higher education; to find the coordinate of ecological constant speed development of higher education according to reality; to adjust the constant speed development of higher education ecology in our country according to normal condition; Strengthen the legal guarantee of the rapid development of higher education.
