【摘要】：培养什么样的人,如何培养人,是开展教育工作的核心命题,关系着国家社会主义建设的大局。高校辅导员作为党在大学生中的代言人,肩负着贯彻党的方针政策和培养优秀社会主义建设者的重要任务。提升高校辅导员这一群体的马克思主义水平意义重大,是实现马克思主义当代价值的内在要求,是加强意识形态建设的重要条件,是高校辅导员队伍建设的重要支撑,是加强高校辅导员职业能力的基本要求。通过对高校辅导员制度设立以来马克思主义水平提升的历史进行梳理,发现在提升过程中有许多经验是值得我们思考和重视的,应该正确认识和处理政治性和科学性的关系、坚持理论与实际相结合的基本原则、发挥组织和个人的两个积极性、建立和完善必要的规章制度、提供基本的物质保障条件。当前国内外形势的新变化,为高校辅导员马克思主义水平提升提供了难得的机遇,这些机遇主要来自于中国特色社会主义的发展、党和国家的高度重视和现代科技的推进。在面临机遇的同时也面临来自于经济全球化及开放环境、市场经济及社会多元化、西方意识形态领域的渗透、网络发展负面影响的严峻挑战。有效提升高校辅导员这一群体的马克思主义水平,需要立足于这一群体马克思主义水平及其提升的现状,并深入分析存在的主要问题,发掘其主要原因,为这一群体马克思主义水平的提升提供依据。目前高校辅导员马克思主义水平的突出问题主要存在于信仰层面、知识层面、理解层面、宣讲层面、应用层面,提升工作存在的突出问题:在入口关,马克思主义水平因素的考量不够;在培训上,马克思主义水平培训力度不够;在体制上,马克思主义水平提升的规章制度不够完善。出现这些问题主要由于高校辅导员马克思主义水平提升的内在动力不足、马克思主义理论学科支撑力度不够、政策难落实到位、高校辅导员职业化、专业化发展不够成熟。切实提升高校辅导员马克思主义水平,需要坚持政治性和科学性相一致、原则性与灵活性相统一、理论联系实际、组织和个人共同发力、顶层设计与基层落实相统一的原则。有针对性的采取切实可行的措施,如提高马克思主义水平提升的自觉性、主动性和积极性,选拔具有较高马克思主义水平的人才充实辅导员队伍,建立和完善相应的制度体系,推进高校辅导员职业化、专业化进一步发展。同时,还要提供必要的条件保障,提供马克思主义理论学科的支撑、优化培训体系、提供物质保障和建立激励机制等。
[Abstract]:What kind of people to train and how to train people is the core proposition of carrying out the education work and is related to the overall situation of the socialist construction of the country. As the spokesman of the Party among college students, college counselors shoulder the important task of carrying out the Party's principles and policies and cultivating outstanding socialist builders. It is of great significance to improve the Marxist level of college counselors, which is the internal requirement to realize the contemporary value of Marxism, the important condition to strengthen the ideological construction, and the important support for the construction of college counselors. It is the basic requirement to strengthen the professional ability of college counselors. Through combing the history of Marxism level improvement since the establishment of college counselor system, it is found that there are many experiences worthy of our consideration and attention in the process of promotion, and we should correctly understand and deal with the relationship between political and scientific. We should adhere to the basic principle of combining theory with practice, give play to the enthusiasm of both organizations and individuals, establish and perfect the necessary rules and regulations, and provide basic material security conditions. The new changes in the current situation at home and abroad provide a rare opportunity for college counselors to improve their Marxist level. These opportunities mainly come from the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the high attention of the Party and the state and the advancement of modern science and technology. At the same time, it also faces the severe challenge from economic globalization and open environment, market economy and social diversification, the infiltration of western ideological field, and the negative influence of network development. To effectively promote the Marxist level of college counselors, we should base ourselves on the present situation of Marxism level and its promotion, and analyze the main problems and find out the main reasons. To provide the basis for the improvement of Marxist level of this group. At present, the prominent problems of college counselors' Marxist level mainly exist in belief, knowledge, understanding, propaganda, application and promotion. The consideration of Marxist level factor is not enough; in training, Marxist level training is not enough; in system, the rules and regulations of Marxist level promotion are not perfect enough. These problems are mainly due to the lack of internal motive force to improve the level of Marxism of college counselors, the insufficient support of Marxist theoretical disciplines, the difficult implementation of policies, the professionalization of college counselors and the immaturity of professional development. To improve the Marxist level of college counselors, we should adhere to the principles of political and scientific consistency, unity of principle and flexibility, integration of theory with practice, joint efforts of organizations and individuals, and unification of top-level design and grass-roots implementation. To take practical measures, such as improving the consciousness, initiative and enthusiasm of Marxist level, selecting talents with higher Marxist level to enrich the team of counselors, establishing and perfecting the corresponding system, We will promote the professionalization of college counselors and further develop their specialization. At the same time, we should provide the necessary conditions, provide the support of Marxist theoretical discipline, optimize the training system, provide material security and establish incentive mechanism.
