“双一流”建设背景下师资队伍建设的特征与举措

【摘要】：正近日,教育部、财政部、国家发展改革委员会印发了《关于公布世界一流大学与一流学科建设高校及建设学科名单的通知》,公布世界一流大学与一流学科(简称"双一流")建设高校及建设学科名单,标志着世界一流大学与一流学科建设工程的启动。"双一流"建设是新时期我国重大国家战略,各入选高校和学科要高标准按要求完成建设任务。其中,加强师资队伍建设是高标准完成建设任务的核心抓手。从世界一流大学发展的基本经验看,加强师资队伍建设是老牌名校保持既有优势地位的基本经验,正如美国著名教育家、曾任哈佛大学校长的科南
[Abstract]:Recently, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, The National Development and Reform Commission issued and published the notice on the publication of the list of world-class universities and first-rate discipline construction institutions and the list of world-class universities and first-rate disciplines (referred to as "double first-class"). Marks the world-class university and the first-class discipline construction project starts. The construction of "double first-class" is an important national strategy of our country in the new period, each selected university and discipline should fulfill the construction task according to high standard. Among them, strengthening the construction of teachers is the core of high standards to complete the task of construction. From the basic experience of the development of the world's first-class universities, strengthening the construction of the faculty is the basic experience for the old and famous schools to maintain their existing advantages, just as the famous American educator and former president of Harvard University, Conan.
