互联网对大学生精神生活的影响研究

【摘要】：积极、健康的精神生活在大学生成长成才过程中发挥着极其重要的作用,不仅有助于他们树立正确的价值观和人生观,而且有助于心理健康与专业学习。互联网飞速发展的今天,五彩缤纷的网络应用、碎片式的海量信息悄然无声地渗透到大学生学习、生活、交往、娱乐的方方面面。互联网在潜移默化地改变着大学生的文化娱乐方式、人际交往、思想道德、心理状态等各个方面,对大学生的精神生活产生积极影响的同时,也带来多方面的消极影响。本文对互联网环境下大学生的精神生活作了比较细致深入的调查研究,试图为大学生的健康成长提供参考与借鉴。在对本选题所涉及的文献进行广泛阅读与理解的基础上,首先界定了互联网和精神生活两个关键概念。接着,设计《互联网对大学生精神生活影响的调查》问卷并进行实证调研。对调查数据和访谈内容加以分析后,总结归纳出互联网对大学生精神生活的正负两方面影响,其积极影响为：有利于丰富精神生活内容；有利于缓解精神压力；有利于创设新的学习平台；有利于促进人际交往。其消极影响表现为：文化生活娱乐化；人际情感疏离；理想信念淡薄；道德意识模糊；心理状态浮躁。继而剖析了产生这些不良影响的四方面原因：一是我国曾在一段时期意识形态工作的软弱；二是互联网的双面性；三是高校思想政治教育针对性与实效性不强；四是大学生自我约束力有待提高。笔者认为提升大学生精神生活品质是一项系统工程,需要社会、国家、高校、家庭以及大学生自身等各方面共同努力。但本文不想面面俱到,仅以学校为视角,从建设复合型思想政治教育队伍、强化大学生社会主义核心价值观教育、提升大学生网络素养、营造良好的校园网络文化环境、开展多样的校园文化活动、以经典名著涵养精气神六个方面提出可具操作性的措施,引导大学生不断提升自身精神生活品质。
[Abstract]:A positive and healthy spiritual life plays an extremely important role in the process of college students' growth and development, which not only helps them to set up correct values and outlook on life, but also contributes to their mental health and professional study. With the rapid development of the Internet, the colorful network applications, fragments of massive information quietly infiltrated into the study, life, communication, entertainment of all aspects of college students. The Internet is changing the cultural entertainment mode, interpersonal communication, ideology and morality, psychological state of college students, which has a positive impact on the spiritual life of college students, but also brings many negative effects at the same time. This paper makes a detailed investigation and study on the spiritual life of college students under the environment of Internet, in order to provide reference and reference for the healthy growth of college students. On the basis of extensive reading and understanding of the literature involved in this paper, two key concepts of Internet and spiritual life are defined. Then, the questionnaire of the impact of the Internet on the spiritual life of college students is designed and investigated empirically. After analyzing the survey data and interview contents, the author summarizes the positive and negative effects of the Internet on college students' spiritual life. It is helpful to create new learning platform and promote interpersonal communication. Its negative effects are as follows: entertainment of cultural life; alienation of interpersonal feelings; weak ideals and beliefs; vague moral consciousness; and impetuous mental state. Then it analyzes the four reasons for these adverse effects: first, the weakness of ideological work in China for a period of time; second, the duality of the Internet; third, the lack of pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities; Fourth, the self-binding force of college students needs to be improved. The author thinks that improving the quality of college students' spiritual life is a systematic project, which needs the joint efforts of the society, the country, the university, the family and the college students themselves. But this article does not want to have everything, only takes the school as the angle of view, from the construction compound type ideological and political education troop, strengthens the university student socialism core value education, enhances the university student network accomplishment, constructs the good campus network culture environment. To carry out various campus cultural activities and put forward operable measures to guide college students to improve their spiritual life quality in six aspects of classic masterpieces.
