网络环境下高校危机教育优化策略研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着全球化和信息的迅猛发展,引发高等院校各种危机的诱因也日趋复杂。高校危机事件呈上升趋势。这些危机事件不仅直接危害到大学生的健康成长,也严重影响着高校正常的教学秩序,甚至冲击着社会的稳定。其中,网络环境与高校近年来各种危机事件的发生及其事态的演进等关系极为密切。面对新的网络环境,如何充分利用其积极的一面。有效管控其主的一面。做好高校危机教育工作。增强高校特别是大学生的危机意识和应急能力,应对和下理发各种危机事件。是我国高校当有待解决的一个重要问题。危机教育的开展有利于预防和克服危机事件的产生和扩大。我国高校现行的危机教育存在的问题有:危机意识教育重视度不够:危机知识教育不足:危机应对技能教育匮乏危机教育内容(?)旧:危机教育形式单调:传统危机教育不适应现代网络环境等问题。网络环境对高校危机教育从教育内容,教育方式以及教育模式的构建等方面带来了不同的挑战。因此,论文针对网络环境下危机教育事件的演变过程及其特点为。探讨和研究采用危机预防策略、危机应对策略和危机善后策略所构成的危机教育的优化策略。此策略的研究是对危机教育进行在内容上全程覆盖，逻辑上逐层跟进,从而使高校有程序的应对网络环境的挑战。确保大学生身心免受伤害,促使商校稳定健康发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of globalization and information, the causes of various crises in Colleges and universities are becoming more and more complex. The crisis events in Colleges and universities are rising. These crisis events not only directly harm the healthy growth of college students, but also seriously affect the normal teaching order of colleges and universities, even the stability of the society. In the face of the new network environment, how to make full use of the positive side of the new network environment and effectively control the side of its main side. To do a good job in crisis education in Colleges and universities, to strengthen the crisis awareness and emergency ability of college students, and to deal with various risks. It is an important problem to be solved in China's colleges and universities. The development of crisis education is conducive to the prevention and overcoming of the emergence and expansion of crisis events. There are problems in the current crisis education in China's colleges and Universities: crisis awareness education is not enough: crisis knowledge education is insufficient: crisis coping skills education crisis education content (? The form of crisis education is monotonous: the traditional crisis education does not adapt to the modern network environment. The network environment has brought different challenges to the education content, the education mode and the construction of the educational model in the university crisis education. Therefore, the paper aims at the evolution process and characteristics of the crisis education events under the network environment. This paper studies the optimization strategy of crisis education with crisis prevention strategy, crisis response strategy and crisis strategy. This strategy is to cover the whole course of crisis education and follow up logically, so that the university has a program to deal with the challenge of the network environment. The school is stable and healthy.
