“五体联动”视角下的大学生实习机制研究

【摘要】：实习是大学教育教学体系中不可或缺的环节,也是大学生实践能力培养的重要途径,对大学生成长、成才和发展具有长远意义。我国现行大学生实习机制中存在政府、高校、产业和学生四大主体自身作为不到位、缺乏联动两大问题,从而未能真正提高实习生的实践能力。从国外的成功经验及我国实际情况看,应该引入第五主体——第三方平台,构建基于"五体联动"的大学生实习机制。同时,还应采取相应措施来促进各主体自身作为到位和联动的加强,进而解决现行实习机制中存在的问题。最终,通过"五体联动"实习机制的高效运行来切实保障和提高大学生实践能力。
[Abstract]:Practice is an indispensable link in the university education and teaching system, and it is also an important way for the cultivation of college students' practical ability, which is of long-term significance to the growth, growth and development of college students. In the current practice mechanism of college students in our country, the four main bodies of government, university, industry and students are not in place and lack of linkage, so they can not really improve the practical ability of interns. From the successful experience of foreign countries and the actual situation of our country, we should introduce the fifth subject-third party platform to construct the college student practice mechanism based on the "five-body linkage". At the same time, the corresponding measures should be taken to promote the strengthening of each subject's own action, so as to solve the problems existing in the current practice mechanism. Finally, the practical ability of college students is ensured and improved through the efficient operation of the "five-body linkage" practice mechanism.
