嵌入式居住视角下民汉合宿在新疆高校的实践研究

【摘要】:2014年5月28日至29日,习总书记在第二次中央新疆工作座谈会上指出,各民族要相互了解、相互学习、相互尊重、相互欣赏、相互包容、相互帮助,像石榴籽那样紧紧抱在一起。要加强民族交往交流交融,推动建立“互嵌式”的社会结构和社区环境。嵌入式居住也随即成为当前学术界研究的热点。从边疆地区现实状况来看,构建嵌入式居住社区既关系着族际之间的稳定与和谐,也成为促进民族团结的重要实践方式。新疆高校以民汉合宿作为践行嵌入式居住的主要措施,为不同民族大学生之间的交流提供了一种平台和环境。以此为背景,本文主要基于对新疆高校民汉合宿的实践过程与现状及其所能达到的社会效应进行实证研究,以期对这一新型模式提出更为系统且有效性的对策建议。本文主要采用问卷法、访谈法等质性研究方法,围绕着民汉合宿的方式与现状、民汉合宿具有的功效等,从文化习俗、情感交流、民族认同及心理等层面,对新疆高校民汉合宿的实施情况及社会实效进行系统性的调查分析。本文认为民汉合宿能为不同民族学生之间的交流提供良好的平台与环境,营造良好的学习氛围,提升民汉学生的双语表达能力和交际能力,增强相互之间的宽容与认同。但在调研和问卷中也发现,民汉合宿推行至当前,还存在着一定比例的民汉学生之间沟通不足,相互之间缺乏理性的认知,甚至是由于风俗习惯常常会引发矛盾等问题。嵌入式居住视角下的民汉合宿具有多元文化交往交流的特性。因为“嵌入”不单单强调区位空间的交错居住,更包括各民族成员之间在思想精神上的相互认同、相互理解,即最终做到和睦共处地生活在同一环境之下。因此,针对当前新疆高校民汉合宿所存在的问题,本文认为要解决这些问题,不但要在空间格局上还要在相互之间的情感上下功夫。具体策略为:构建良好的校园与宿舍文化、强化民汉学生之间对民族关系的理性认知、增强民汉学生之间的认识与理解、加强双语交流等。只有这样,民族关系才能在嵌入式发展中和谐、交融,最终“以点带面”的方式为促进新疆的民族团结与社会稳定贡献一份力量。
[Abstract]:From 28 to 29 May 2014, General Secretary Xi said at the second Central Symposium on Xinjiang work that all ethnic groups should understand each other, learn from each other, respect each other, appreciate each other, be tolerant and help each other. Clasped together like a pomegranate seed. It is necessary to strengthen the exchange and integration of ethnic exchanges and promote the establishment of an "embedded" social structure and community environment. Embedded residence has become the focus of academic research. From the point of view of the reality in the frontier area, the construction of embedded residential community is not only related to the stability and harmony among ethnic groups, but also an important practical way to promote national unity. Xinjiang colleges and universities take the folk and Han residence as the main measure to practice embedded residence, which provides a platform and environment for the exchange of students from different nationalities. Based on this background, this paper mainly based on the practice process and the present situation and the social effect that can be achieved in Xinjiang universities and colleges, in order to put forward more systematic and effective countermeasures and suggestions to this new model. This article mainly uses the questionnaire method, interviews and other qualitative research methods, around the way and the present situation of the people and the Han Dynasty, the function of the people and the Han Dynasty, from the cultural custom, the emotion exchange, the national identity and the psychology and so on level, so on the cultural custom, the emotion exchange, the national identity and the psychology and so on. This paper makes a systematic investigation and analysis on the implementation and social effect of the Hanyuan hostel in Xinjiang colleges and universities. This paper holds that the combination of Chinese and Chinese can provide a good platform and environment for the communication between students of different nationalities, create a good learning atmosphere, improve the bilingual expression and communication ability of the students, and enhance the tolerance and identification between them. However, in the investigation and questionnaire, it is also found that there are still some problems such as insufficient communication and lack of rational cognition among the students, even due to the fact that customs and habits often lead to contradictions and so on. From the perspective of embedded residence, Hanyu has the characteristics of multi-cultural communication and communication. Because "embedding" not only emphasizes the staggered residence of the regional space, but also includes the mutual recognition and mutual understanding among the members of various nationalities in ideology and spirit, that is, living in the same environment in peace and harmony. Therefore, in view of the existing problems in Xinjiang universities and colleges, this paper thinks that to solve these problems, not only in the spatial pattern but also in the emotional work between each other. The specific strategies are as follows: to construct a good campus and dormitory culture, to strengthen the rational cognition of ethnic relations between Chinese and Chinese students, to enhance the understanding and understanding among them, and to strengthen bilingual communication. Only in this way, can ethnic relations be harmonious and blended in the embedded development, and eventually contribute to the promotion of national unity and social stability in Xinjiang.
