积极心理学视域下大学生品格教育实效性研究

【摘要】：积极心理学是对人们日常生活中各种美好因素进行研究的心理学新视角,旨在研究和挖掘人类的积极品性及潜能,倡导用更加开放的、欣赏的眼光看待人以及更多地关注人正面、积极的力量。积极心理学为当今大学生品格教育工作提供了新的思路,它不仅提出了一种新的育人理念,更是一种新的育人方法。随着改革开放的深入、经济全球化的加深和价值体系的多样化,我国现代社会逐渐走向多元化,这对公民的道德准则及道德水平提出了重大挑战。大学生正处于心理发育阶段,在复杂多元的社会环境中帮助他们养成良好的品格,培养其适应社会的能力,是品格教育工作者必须重视且亟待解决的问题。面对大学生品格教育在实效性问题上的所遇到的困难,本文试图引入积极心理学的理念,为解决大学生品格教育工作的瓶颈问题抛砖引玉。本文共分四个研究层次:首先,在明确研究背景、研究目的和意义的基础上厘清相关概念和研究现状,包含积极心理学的涵义、渊源和主要理论,以及品格教育的涵义、目的和意义;其次,对大学生品格教育实效性研究借鉴积极心理学的必要性及可行性进行分析;接着,论文剖析了当代大学生品格教育的目标及发展现状,并指出了大学生品格教育实效性不高的三点原因,分别是品格教育思维阻滞、教育环境欠佳和缺乏实践环节;最后,在上述研究的基础上,运用积极心理学的相关理论,从转变大学生品格教育理念、构建积极的品格教育环境和加强品格教育的实践环节三个方面探索提高大学生品格教育实效性的途径和方法。本文的研究证实了品格教育借鉴积极心理学的可能性和理论前景,并为大学生品格教育实效性的研究提供了理论借鉴,以期能够达到培养大学生的优良品格、提高学生的综合素养、促进大学生的全面发展的真正目的。
[Abstract]:Positive psychology is a new perspective of psychology to study all kinds of beautiful factors in people's daily life. It aims to study and excavate the positive character and potential of human beings, and to advocate the use of more open, Appreciate people and pay more attention to positive and positive forces. Positive psychology provides a new way of thinking for the work of character education of college students. It not only puts forward a new concept of educating people, but also a new method of educating people. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the deepening of economic globalization and the diversification of value system, China's modern society is gradually moving towards diversification, which poses a great challenge to the moral standards and moral level of citizens. College students are in the stage of psychological development. To help them develop good character and develop their ability to adapt to the society in the complex and diverse social environment is the problem that character educators must pay attention to and be solved urgently. In the face of the difficulties encountered in the actual effect of character education of college students, this paper attempts to introduce the idea of positive psychology to solve the bottleneck problem of character education of college students. This paper is divided into four research levels: firstly, on the basis of clear research background, research purpose and significance, this paper clarifies the relevant concepts and research status, including the meaning, origin and main theory of positive psychology, and the meaning of character education. Purpose and significance; secondly, the necessity and feasibility of studying the effectiveness of character education for college students to learn from positive psychology are analyzed. Then, the paper analyzes the goals and development status of character education for contemporary college students. It also points out three reasons why the actual effect of character education of college students is not high, which are thought block of character education, poor educational environment and lack of practical links. Finally, on the basis of the above research, the author applies the relevant theories of positive psychology. This paper explores the approaches and methods to improve the effectiveness of character education of college students from three aspects: changing the concept of character education, constructing a positive character education environment and strengthening the practical links of character education. The research in this paper confirms the possibility and theoretical prospect of character education for reference of positive psychology, and provides a theoretical reference for the study of the effectiveness of character education of college students, in order to achieve the cultivation of good character of college students. The real purpose of improving students' comprehensive accomplishment and promoting the all-round development of college students.
