新媒体背景下大学生理想信念教育有效路径研究

【摘要】：习近平在2016年12月召开的全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调,“高校思想政治工作关系高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。”他明确提出,高校的使命和责任是要围绕立德树人这一中心环节,教育引导学生不断树立为共产主义远大理想和中国特色社会主义共同理想而奋斗的信念和信心。可见,理想信念教育是高校思想政治工作的重要一环,也是高校坚持把立德树人作为中心环节的重要抓手。新形势下,新媒体的普及和广泛应用不仅给大学生理想信念教育带来了崭新的机遇,同时也提出了前所未有的挑战。高等院校在开展理想信念教育过程中,不仅要善于运用新媒体,使之达到传统教育模式下达不到的教育效果,同时也须全方位认识和审视新媒体,掌握其传播规律和特点,认清新媒体在理想信念教育中的负面效应,采取行之有效的方法克服新媒体带来的消极影响。本选题通过对新媒体背景下大学生理想信念教育现状的全面把握,对新媒体背景下大学生理想信念教育面临的挑战和机遇展开了深入分析,进而探求新媒体背景下大学生理想信念教育的有针对性、实效性的路径。具体的研究内容包含以下四个部分:第一部分,新媒体与大学生理想信念教育概述。伴随着新媒体的迅速普及和广泛应用,信息的传播方式以及人际交往方式都发生了革命性变化。新媒体的“新”是相对于传统媒体来讲的,既表现在点对点的交互式传播状态之“新”,又表现在改变了信息传播生态之“新”。与传统的传播媒介相比较,新媒体传播具有传播状态的即时性、传播主体的交互性以及传播范围的全面性三方面的特征。就未来发展趋势而言,新媒体必将伴随互联网络和数字技术的日新月异呈现蓬勃发展态势,必将伴随传统媒体行业发展逐步式微而走向媒体融合态势。崇高理想信念可以激励人们为着美好目标前赴后继、披荆斩棘、奋力开拓。反之,如果丧失了理想信念的崇高属性,人也就失去了前进的动力和努力的方向。作为思想政治教育中的一项重要内容,理想信念教育的主要任务是对全体大学生进行关于社会主义、共产主义世界观、人生观、价值观的教育。在具体内容方面,理想信念教育要以马克思主义作为根本指导思想,牢固树立中国特色社会主义理想信念,培养和造就有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的“四有”新人,深入学习贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,教育引导大学生积极践行社会主义核心价值观。有效开展理想信念教育需要深刻把握理想信念教育所具有的历史性、持续性和动态性特性。第二部分,大学生理想信念现状及教育中存在的问题。当前我国大学生理想信念状况总体上呈现积极健康向上的主流。但是,当前大学生理想信念中也存在着理想信念不清晰、政治信仰不坚定、价值取向不明确等不能忽视的问题,其原因在于受到了文化思潮多元化、市场经济体制的弊端以及资本主义价值观等多方面的影响,进而阻碍了大学生树立崇高、远大的理想信念。具体表现为,受信息技术和教学过程的影响,大学生接受理想信念教育的主动性不强;由于存在对思想政治教育工作重视不够,对马列经典理解不够和对大学生主体地位尊重不够等问题,施教工作者创新理想信念教育的能动性不充分;受西方文化、传统腐朽文化以及市场逐利文化等亚文化的影响,理想信念教育的作用未得到充分发挥;受国际政治趋向多极化、经济趋向全球化、文化趋向多元化的影响,高等教育适应理想信念教育形式的灵活性不足;受教育内容与大学生思想实际结合不紧、教材和教学内容滞后于学生实际生活的影响,教育效果体现理想信念教育的实践价值不明显。第三部分,新媒体对大学生理想信念教育产生的影响。就消极影响来看,借助新媒体传播历史虚无主义思潮动摇了大学生对革命传统的尊重;借助新媒体围攻坚持四项基本原则这一立国之本的正面言论动摇了大学生对理想信念的坚守;借助新媒体大肆抨击爱党爱国言论动摇了大学生对崇高信仰的坚守;借助新媒体抨击保持课堂正常秩序传播正能量的倡议动摇了大学生对于中国特色社会主义的自信;借助新媒体操纵社会舆论导向动摇了大学生思想意识形态的阵地意识。可见,新媒体背景下,“微”传播世界中的个人主义价值观甚嚣尘上,大学生理想信念教育面对的复杂性、艰巨性和长期性任务给我们提出了前所未有的挑战。当前,新媒体也为人们的学习、工作和相互交往搭建了方便快捷的平台,也为大学生理想信念教育带来了一系列积极影响,主要体现在借助新媒体传播扩大了教育的覆盖面,借助新媒体传播实现了教育的无缝隙,借助新媒体传播增强了教育的针对性,借助新媒体传播推进了教育的无差别,借助新媒体传播展现了教育的多层次等五个方面。在新媒体背景下,理想信念教育工作者应当充分利用新媒体多样性、即时性和互动性等特点,主动构建起理想信念教育新媒体平台,将传统的“我来讲”变为“你来讲”、“大家一起讲”,将大学生由教育受众变成理想信念教育的参与者甚至是素材提供者,将理想信念教育延伸到大学生全方位的学习和生活之中,从理想信念教育的系统性和层次性出发,借助新媒体的优势,使教育过程中多种要素合理配置,提高新媒体对理想信念教育促进作用,进而提高理想信念教育的实效性。第四部分,新媒体背景下大学生理想信念教育的有效路径。新媒体的普及和广泛应用,尽管对高校传统的理想信念教育工作提出了前所未有的挑战,但同时也为高校做好大学生理想信念教育工作提供了巨大的创新空间。第一,开拓新媒体空间弘扬红色文化深化主题教育,让红色文化涤荡灵魂塑造大学生坚忍不拔的品格,让理想信念成为火炬和灯塔照亮大学生前行之路;第二,完善教育机制树立新媒体环境下的媒介思维,构建和完善与新媒体相适应的领导机制、人才队伍建设机制、监督及舆情分析应对联动机制等工作保障体系,通过提升教育者和教育对象的新媒体素养来提升与新媒体时代相适应的信息获取、分析、评价和传播水平。第三,在新媒体领域中坚守崇高信仰坚定文化自信,让大学生的理想之树枝繁叶茂信念之花色彩缤纷,成为优秀传统文化激活者、继承者和弘扬者。第四,运用新媒体平台打造高效课堂充实理论自信,深化对马克思主义中国化的学习研究,推进和完善教与学全员参与的工作模式,积极培育大学生对于新媒体的借重与热爱,进而达到大学生主动参与的实效,推动理想信念教育内涵式发展。第五,在新媒体传播中秉持阵地意识培育核心价值,坚守阵地意识以加强舆论引导和监督把握教育主旋律,牢牢掌握课堂及校园传播媒介的主动权,提升宣传引导素材的质量和水平,让社会主义核心价值观成为大学生的自觉和遵循。总之,运用创新思维,充分发掘新媒体的内在力量,以之为通道和动力,融合于高校理想信念教育的各个环节,必将走出一条新媒体背景下理想信念教育的有效路径。
