数据类岗位招聘需求调查及对图情学科人才培养的启示

【摘要】：从智联招聘网站收集了数据分析、数据管理、数据挖掘三类岗位2615则招聘信息,运用内容分析法从职位基本信息、岗位职责、任职要求三个方面分析了三类岗位对人才知识和能力的要求。结果发现:分析类岗位更注重数据收集和分析相关的知识和能力,通常需要制作分析报表或提出工作方案;管理类岗位更注重数据的管理、维护、安全以及保存,强调数据库管理的基本能力和网络设备、计算机硬件的管理能力;挖掘类岗位则对技术性能力要求较高,表现在基础的数据统计分析能力,以及一定的计算机知识和编程能力,掌握相关数据挖掘算法。最后,从课程内容设置、同类课程的衔接、学生修课推荐等方面提出了图情学科人才培养的建议。
[Abstract]:From the Zhaopin.com recruitment website, we collected 2615 positions of data analysis, data management, and data mining, and used content analysis to analyze the basic information of positions and job responsibilities. Three aspects of the post requirements analysis of the three types of posts on the talent knowledge and ability requirements. The results show that the analytical position pays more attention to the knowledge and ability related to data collection and analysis, and usually needs to make an analysis report or propose a work plan, while the management post pays more attention to the management, maintenance, security and preservation of the data. Emphasizing the basic ability of database management and network equipment, the management ability of computer hardware, and the technical ability of mining position, which is manifested in the basic ability of data statistics and analysis, as well as certain computer knowledge and programming ability. Master relevant data mining algorithms. Finally, some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of curriculum content, the convergence of similar courses and the recommendation of students' taking courses.
