吉林省艺术院校毕业生就业培训研究
[Abstract]:With the expansion of college enrollment, more and more students take part in the college entrance examination through the art examination, and the art examination has become the "stepping stone" of the excellent university entrance examination. Jilin Province in 2015, the total number of applicants to participate in the examination of 87000 people, in the national average level. In sharp contrast, art graduates have low employment rates. According to the employment statistics released by the Ministry of Education, 1/3 of the lowest employment level undergraduate majors in the country in 2016 are art majors such as music performance, art design, animation and so on. Meanwhile, according to the Ministry of Education report, Jilin Province in 2016 the most difficult to find employment in the list of three art majors, art design, art and animation. The employment situation of art graduates is so grim, firstly, due to the environmental change caused by the adjustment of industrial structure brought about by the transformation of our economic structure; secondly, the relatively narrow choice of arts majors such as dance, fine arts, instrumental music, etc. In addition, the art talent market tends to saturation, which also brings pressure and challenge for art graduates to find jobs. Art graduates how to give full play to their own strengths, to find their own suitable job. In the process of employment of art students, the school can play a role in the promotion. These are the art colleges and universities to solve the problem. This paper takes the employment guidance of Jilin Academy of Art as an example, based on the actual situation of art graduates in Jilin Province, applies the methods of literature research, comparative analysis, case analysis, and so on, and discusses how to combine the characteristics of Jilin Province. In order to provide help for the employment of art graduates in Jilin Province, it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the employment training of art graduates in order to solve the problem that it is difficult for graduates, especially art graduates, to obtain employment. This paper is composed of three parts: the first part, the introduction, including the research background and significance of this paper, the domestic and foreign research status quo is summarized, and the key words involved in this paper are explained. Finally, this paper introduces the research methods and research content of the second part, Jilin Art College graduates employment training problems and reasons analysis, this chapter takes Jilin Art Institute as an example, first of all, it introduces the situation of Jilin Art College. As well as Jilin Art College College students employment guidance center for graduate employment training, then from the policy, school guidance level and graduate ability three aspects, to find out the existing problems, and analyze the reasons. The third part, Jilin Province art college graduate employment training improvement countermeasure and the suggestion, in the proposed plan foundation, from the local government, the art university and the graduate three aspects puts forward the matching proposal.
