智慧校园信息化建设公众满意度测评研究

【摘要】：在信息化进程快速发展以及智慧城市如火如荼地进行背景下,高校信息化建设是必然趋势。而智慧校园建设作为高校信息化建设的最新动向,已在诸多高校陆续展开。智慧校园信息化建设利用互联网、云计算、大数据等技术平台为支撑,通过校园官方网站、微信公众号、支付宝公众号、校园一卡通等个性化门户平台,为公众提供了高效、优质的服务。但是如何衡量公众对于智慧校园信息化建设的满意程度需要理性的思考和权威的理论来分析和阐释。因此,通过理论与实证的研究,本文展开了对智慧校园信息化建设的公众满意度测评研究。首先,论文对智慧校园信息化建设的背景进行介绍,对相关国内外研究现状进行阐述,提出本文的研究目的和意义。在此基础上对智慧校园信息化建设的理论基础部分展开论述,通过对相关概念的界定阐释了智慧校园信息化建设的内涵,并构建了包括特征、发展目标、服务对象和内容的智慧校园信息化建设理论框架,进而提出了智慧校园信息化建设公众满意度的内涵,并阐述了智慧校园信息化建设公众满意度的形成机理和测评意义。其次,在借鉴美国顾客满意度指数模型(ACSI)、美国公共部门顾客满意度指数模型和我国学者构建的公共部门公众满意度指数模型基础上,以结构方程建模思想为指导,对构建智慧校园信息化建设公众满意度模型的潜在变量、可测变量和结构关系进行了论述,并构建了智慧校园信息化建设公众满意度模型。最后,将智慧校园信息化建设的公众满意度模型付诸实证研究,通过发放调查问卷并收集相关数据,对模型进行验证,得到变量间的影响程度关系,并针对结果进行分析从而提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of the information process and the full swing of the intelligent city, the information construction of colleges and universities is an inevitable trend. As the latest trend of information construction in colleges and universities, the construction of intelligent campus has been carried out in many colleges and universities one after another. The intelligent campus information construction uses the Internet, cloud computing, big data and other technology platforms as the support, through the campus official website, WeChat public number, Alipay public number, campus card and other personalized portal platform to provide the public with high efficiency. Quality service. However, how to measure the public satisfaction with the construction of intelligent campus information requires rational thinking and authoritative theory to analyze and explain. Therefore, through the theoretical and empirical research, this paper carries out a research on the public satisfaction evaluation of the intelligent campus information construction. First of all, the paper introduces the background of intelligent campus information construction, describes the current research situation at home and abroad, and puts forward the purpose and significance of this paper. On this basis, the theoretical basis of the intelligent campus information construction is discussed, and the connotation of the intelligent campus information construction is explained through the definition of related concepts, and the characteristics and development goals are constructed. The theoretical framework of intelligent campus informatization construction of service object and content is put forward, and the connotation of public satisfaction degree of intelligent campus information construction is put forward, and the forming mechanism and evaluation significance of public satisfaction degree of intelligent campus informatization construction are expounded. Secondly, based on the American customer satisfaction index model (ACSI),) and the public sector customer satisfaction index model constructed by Chinese scholars, the structural equation modeling idea is used as the guide. This paper discusses the potential variables, measurable variables and structural relationships of constructing the public satisfaction model of intelligent campus informatization construction, and constructs the public satisfaction model of intelligent campus informatization construction. Finally, the intelligent campus information construction of the public satisfaction model into empirical research, through the distribution of questionnaires and collection of relevant data, the model is verified to obtain the relationship between variables. According to the analysis of the results, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
