高校辅导员职业情感研究
[Abstract]:Professional emotion is not only a simple physiological reaction and psychological experience, but also a behavior and emotional practice based on individual subjective experience. Although the banner of rationality and technology has been raised in the field of individual professional development, the marginal position of emotion in teachers'professional development has been significantly improved. The influence of teachers'career development, self-cognition and students' learning efficiency has attracted more and more attention from scholars both at home and abroad. As an important part of College teachers, counselors'emotional characteristics in the process of their career growth and development are also worthy of attention. It occupies an important position and core role, and good professional emotion is the premise to help them fulfill the important mission entrusted by the Party and the state, and effectively carry out ideological and political education activities. As there are many theoretical perspectives and disciplinary support for the study of emotion, this study is based on the comprehensive application of a variety of theories, mainly referring to Marxist humanistic theory and humanistic psychology theory. Emotional management theory, social support theory and other philosophies, theoretical knowledge in the field of psychology, combined with different theoretical tools to provide a comprehensive interpretation model for the generation and development of emotion. Self-judgment of the state of professional emotion, evaluation of interactive others and analysis of interview data show that some counselors have a weakening of professional emotion. From the perspective of cause analysis, modern system theory provides a suitable explanatory framework. The influencing factors of counselors'professional emotions are mainly embodied in the dynamic interaction of factors such as people, things and environment in the system. Institution is the core of material factors. Family support, social recognition and other environmental factors also have a greater impact on the overall system of counselors'emotions. As a result of the interaction of factors and external factors, the cultivation of counselors'professional emotions should also be a systematic and long-term process, which can not be separated from the joint efforts of internal and external factors. From the individual dimension of counselors, first of all, to establish a correct career cognition, second to have a matching professional ability, third to cultivate a higher emotional intelligence. Finally, we should create a common vision and create a cultural atmosphere to enhance the professional beliefs of counselors. From the perspective of social support, the resources of "important others" such as peers and families can provide private support for the cultivation of counselors'professional emotions. From the social dimension, the media with network, television and newspaper as the main media should play an important role in promoting the professional reputation of counselors, and build a good understanding and trust of the whole society for the career of College counselors. Public opinion environment.
