大学生创业意识培育研究

【摘要】：创业是就业的重要途径,创业成功者不但解决了自已的就业问题,而且能够为其他人提供就业机会。当代大学生是大众创业、万众创新的生力军,他们是否具有强烈的创业意识、创业精神、创业素质关乎"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大发展理念的全面落实和大学生自身的长远发展。然而,当代大学生的创业意识和创业能力却明显不足,不能适应"大众创业、万众创新"的时代要求。这就要求高校和社会相关组织采取有效措施切实加强和改进大学生创业意识的培育。本文主要围绕"大学生创业意识培育是什么?为什么要进行大学生创业意识培育?如何进行大学生创业意识培育?"等问题展开讨论。第一部分主要说明将大学生创业意识培育作为研究对象的背景与意义,通过梳理有关此课题的国内外研究现状,确定本论文的研究思路和重难点,并找到合适的理论支撑和研究方法,为后续的研究搭建框架。第二部分主要阐述大学生创业意识培育"是什么"和"为什么"两个问题。基于一系列相关概念定义来解读"大学生创业意识培育是什么"的问题,并且分析了进行大学生创业意识培育的意义。第三部分主要阐述"大学生创业意识培育现状是什么"的问题。笔者在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,设计出大学生创业意识培育调查问卷,对三所大学的在校本科生进行问卷调查,并使用SPSS软件统计调查数据,在此基础上,研究大学生创业意识培育现状,分析大学生创业意识培育存在的主要问题及其原因。第四部分主要梳理美、韩两国大学生创业教育的发展历程,为我国大学生创业意识培育提供借鉴。第五部分主要阐述"如何进行大学生创业意识培育"的问题,即加强和改进大学生创业意识培育的对策措施。讨论社会、高校、家庭、大学生自身等四类主体如何采取有效措施加强和改进大学生创业意识培育。第六部分主要陈述本论文的基本观点和最终研究结果。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship is an important way of employment. Successful entrepreneurs not only solve their own employment problems, but also provide employment opportunities for others. Contemporary college students are the new force of mass entrepreneurship and innovation. Whether they have a strong sense of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial spirit, entrepreneurial quality is related to "innovation, coordination, green, open," Share the "five development concept of comprehensive implementation and long-term development of college students themselves." However, the entrepreneurial consciousness and ability of contemporary college students are obviously insufficient and can not meet the requirements of the times of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation". This requires universities and social organizations to take effective measures to strengthen and improve the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial consciousness. This paper mainly revolves around "what is the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial consciousness?" Why should we cultivate the entrepreneurial consciousness of college students? How to cultivate college students' entrepreneurial consciousness? " And so on. The first part mainly explains the background and significance of taking the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial consciousness as the object of study. Through combing the domestic and foreign research status of this subject, it determines the research ideas and difficulties of this paper. And find the appropriate theoretical support and research methods to build a framework for further research. The second part mainly expounds the cultivation of entrepreneurship consciousness of college students "what" and "why" two problems. Based on a series of related definitions, this paper interprets the question of "what is the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial consciousness", and analyzes the significance of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial consciousness. The third part mainly expounds the problem of "what is the current situation of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial consciousness". Based on the previous research results, the author designs a questionnaire to cultivate the entrepreneurial awareness of college students, carries out a questionnaire survey on the undergraduates of three universities, and uses SPSS software to statistics the survey data, and on this basis, This paper studies the current situation of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial consciousness, and analyzes the main problems and causes of cultivating college students' entrepreneurial consciousness. The fourth part mainly combs the development course of the university students' entrepreneurship education in Korea and Korea, and provides reference for the cultivation of our country's college students' entrepreneurial consciousness. The fifth part mainly expounds the problem of "how to cultivate college students' entrepreneurial consciousness", that is, the countermeasures to strengthen and improve the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial consciousness. This paper discusses how to take effective measures to strengthen and improve the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial consciousness. The sixth part mainly states the basic viewpoint and the final research result of this paper.
