大学生干部领导力培养研究

【摘要】：大学生干部是高校大学生群体中的先进分子,肩负着服务学生、带领学生奋斗成长的历史使命。大学生干部领导力即大学生干部的影响力,通过充分发挥其个人影响力,团结全体学生积极向上,坚定马克思主义理想信念,成为德才兼备、全面发展的人才。由此,大学生干部领导力研究成为高校思想政治教育研究的重要命题。为顺应青年大学生干部全面发展的需要,本文以领导力培养为研究主题,以大学生干部为研究对象,为大学提供培养学生干部领导力的途径与方法,以培养学生干部成为领导型的实用人才。研究过程中,本文坚持以马克思主义为科学指导,运用马克思主义的立场、观点以及方法研究问题,采用质的研究方法中的访谈法,随机抽取广州部分大学的学生、学生干部和教师作为访谈对象,深入了解不同的被访谈对象不同类型的材料,用扎根理论深入了解并从中发掘大学生干部领导力培养存在的问题,另外还采用了文献研究法和比较研究法为本论文提供更多的内容参考与方式构建。通过扎根理论将概念之间建立起联系,研究结果根据自下而上形成理论,反映出当前大学生干部培养呈现学生群体对领导力没有达成共识、学生干部思想政治引领不显著、学生干部服务意识差异较大和学生干部影响作用辐射范围有限等问题;提升大学生干部领导力培养的路径可更新学生干部领导力教育观念、发挥思想政治引领作用、提升学生干部的服务水平和学生干部的影响力。
[Abstract]:College student cadres are the advanced elements in the college students group, which shoulder the historical mission of serving students and leading students to struggle and grow. The university student cadre leadership is the university student cadre influence, through fully exerts its personal influence, unifies all the students to be positive, the firm Marxism ideal belief, becomes the talented person with both ability and ability, the all-round development. Therefore, the research of college students' cadre leadership has become an important proposition in the research of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In order to meet the needs of the all-round development of the young college cadres, this paper takes the leadership training as the research theme, takes the university cadres as the research object, and provides the ways and methods for the universities to cultivate the student cadres' leadership. In order to cultivate student cadres to become leaders of practical talent. In the course of the research, this paper insists on taking Marxism as the scientific guidance, applies the Marxist standpoint, viewpoint and method to study the problems, adopts the interview method in the qualitative research method, and randomly selects the students from some universities in Guangzhou. Student cadres and teachers as interview objects, in-depth understanding of different types of materials interviewed, with the root theory to understand and explore the existing problems in the leadership of college students cadres, In addition, literature research method and comparative research method are used to provide more content reference and method construction for this paper. According to the bottom-up formation theory, the research results show that there is no consensus on the leadership of the current college student cadre training, and the ideological and political guidance of the student cadre is not significant. The difference of service consciousness of student cadres is great and the radiation range of student cadres' influence is limited. Improving the path of college student cadres' leadership training can renew the concept of student cadres' leadership education, play a leading role in ideology and politics, and enhance the service level of student cadres and the influence of student cadres.
