教育国际化视域下高校教师出国访学现状及效益

【摘要】：在我国高校教师的国际化发展中出国访学属于一个非常重要的途径。笔者以高校出国访学的归国人员作为研究对象,研究了教育国际化视域下高校教师出国访学的现状和相关效益。结果表明:这些出国访学教师不管是在内部还是在外部都获得了非常显著的收益,在国际交流合作中获得了教学、科研创新能力的提升,教育理念也得到了新的认识。上述的这些收益对于出国访学教师和高校而言具有重要作用,除了对高校教师国际化的可持续发展起到了推动作用,同时还有利于全面提升我国高等教育的国际化水平。
[Abstract]:It is a very important way to study abroad in the internationalization development of college teachers in our country. The present situation and relevant benefits of college teachers visiting abroad from the perspective of internationalization of education are studied. The results show that these teachers who visit abroad have gained very significant benefits both internally and externally. They have obtained teaching in international communication and cooperation, improved their ability of scientific research and innovation, and gained a new understanding of their educational ideas. These benefits play an important role in visiting overseas teachers and colleges and universities, not only to promote the sustainable development of university teachers' internationalization, but also to promote the internationalization level of higher education in China.
