校企协同培养应用型人才机制的构建

【摘要】：校企协同培养应用型人才模式作为高等教育成功育人模式,在国内已深入探索应用近二十年。本文通过辨析校企协同概念,剖析校企协同的现状表现及问题症结,基于校企协同创新的平台,兼顾多方利益诉求,构建多元化主体参与的应用型人才培养机制,多措并举,真正形成因需制宜、资源共享、亮点凸显、深度融合的校企协作的应用型人才培养机制。
[Abstract]:As a successful mode of higher education, the mode of cooperation between school and enterprise has been applied in China for nearly 20 years. This paper analyzes the concept of cooperation between schools and enterprises, analyzes the present situation and the crux of the problems of cooperation between schools and enterprises, based on the platform of cooperation and innovation between schools and enterprises, takes into account the demands of various interests, and constructs the mechanism of cultivating applied talents with the participation of multiple subjects. The practical talents training mechanism of the cooperation between schools and enterprises should be formed because of the need, the sharing of resources, the highlight of bright spots and the deep integration of schools and enterprises.
