大学生思想政治教育合力研究

【摘要】:增进大学生思想政治教育合力是做好大学生思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分。大学生思想政治教育形成合力,涉及各个方面,要求全员全程全方位育人,整合思想政治教育资源,使各方力量同心同向同行,形成相互配合的教育合力,着力提升大学生思想政治教育的整体质量,为中国特色社会主义事业提供源源不断地人才保障。本文在马克思主义合力理论的指引下,以立德树人为中心环节,以大学生思想政治教育实践活动为基础,坚持理论与实践相结合的原则,结合文献研究、问卷调查和访谈,比较深入地研究了大学生思想政治教育合力的内涵、内容、现状和对策等问题。全文分为四个部分:第一部分对论文的研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状进行叙述,介绍了论文的研究思路和方法,指出了论文研究的重难点和创新点。第二部分对大学生思想政治教育合力的内涵进行了界定,从高校各部门形成的合力等四个方面阐释了大学生思想政治教育合力的主要内容,总结出大学生思想政治教育合力具有方向性、整合性、动态性等主要特征,阐述了大学生思想政治教育合力具有促进大学生全面发展的内在要求等三个方面的重要意义。第三部分在文献研究、问卷调查和访谈的基础上,对大学生思想政治教育合力的现状进行调研,取得了大学生思想政治教育合力方法得到改进、合力效果不断凸显等三个方面的成绩,针对高校各部门之间目标合力不协调、思想政治理论课教师与辅导员队伍融合度不高等四个方面的问题,分析了这些问题是由高校各部门协调运行的组织建设不强、思想政治理论课教师与辅导员队伍融合的机制不健全等四个原因造成的。第四部分提出了提升大学生思想政治教育合力的主要对策,即加强高校各部门协调运行的组织建设,健全思想政治理论课教师与辅导员队伍融合的机制,完善大学与高中有效衔接的思想政治教育体系,构建学校、家庭、社会教育之间的合作机制。
[Abstract]:Enhancing the resultant force of ideological and political education of college students is an important part of doing a good job in ideological and political education of college students. College students' ideological and political education forms a resultant force, involving all aspects, requiring the whole staff to educate people in all directions, to integrate the resources of ideological and political education, to make all the forces of all sides work together in the same direction, and to form an educational resultant force in cooperation with each other. To improve the overall quality of ideological and political education for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics to provide continuous talent security. Under the guidance of the theory of Marxist resultant force, this paper takes the establishment of morality as the central link, the practical activities of ideological and political education of college students as the foundation, adheres to the principle of combining theory with practice, and combines literature research, questionnaire investigation and interviews. This paper deeply studies the connotation, content, present situation and countermeasures of the resultant force of ideological and political education of college students. The paper is divided into four parts: the first part describes the research background, significance, research status at home and abroad, introduces the research ideas and methods, points out the important difficulties and innovative points of the paper research. The second part defines the connotation of the resultant force of ideological and political education of college students, explains the main contents of the resultant force of ideological and political education of college students from four aspects, such as the resultant force formed by various departments in colleges and universities. This paper summarizes the main characteristics of the resultant force of ideological and political education of college students, such as directionality, integration and dynamics, and expounds the important significance of the resultant force of ideological and political education of college students in three aspects, such as the internal requirements of promoting the all-round development of college students. In the third part, on the basis of literature research, questionnaire survey and interview, the author investigates the current situation of the resultant force of ideological and political education of college students, and obtains the improvement of the method of resultant force of ideological and political education of college students. The effect of resultant force is constantly highlighted in three aspects, aiming at the four problems, such as the incoordination of the goal and the resultant force among various departments in colleges and universities, and the low degree of integration between teachers and counselors in ideological and political theory courses. These problems are caused by the weak organizational construction of the coordinated operation of various departments in colleges and universities, and the imperfect mechanism of the integration of teachers and counselors in ideological and political theory courses. The fourth part puts forward the main countermeasures to enhance the resultant force of ideological and political education of college students, that is, to strengthen the organizational construction of coordinated operation of various departments in colleges and universities, and to perfect the mechanism of the integration of teachers and counselors in ideological and political theory courses. Perfect the ideological and political education system of the effective connection between the university and the senior high school, and construct the cooperative mechanism among school, family and social education.
