“内合外联”式高校创业教育生态系统构建研究

【摘要】：在当前国家大力推动"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,逐步完善创业教育生态系统是培养高素质创业人才的重要途径。高校作为创业教育生态系统的主体,是整个生态系统建设的核心。为了让高校发挥创业教育的核心作用,需要构建"内合外联"式高校创业教育生态系统,"内合"即高校作为主体,在内部整合各级组织机构、教学资源、科研资源以及实践平台等要素,系统而有针对性地为学生提供教育、培训和服务;"外联"即在高校与政府、企业和社会三个环境因子之间积极搭建沟通的桥梁,为创业教育和创业活动的开展提供保障和服务。"内合外联"式高校创业教育生态系统需要建立有效的运行机制,"一个主体三个因子"各司其职,高校是系统运行的核心,国家是系统运行的主导力量,社会是系统运行的环境保障,企业是系统运行的外围助力,每个因子在发挥自身效能的同时也与周边环境进行能量交换,形成适宜创业教育发展的可持续健康环境。
[Abstract]:Under the background of vigorously promoting "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation", it is an important way to train high-quality entrepreneurial talents to gradually improve the ecosystem of entrepreneurship education. As the main body of entrepreneurship education ecosystem, colleges and universities are the core of the whole ecosystem construction. In order to make colleges and universities play the core role of entrepreneurship education, it is necessary to construct the ecosystem of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. "Internal cooperation", that is, colleges and universities as the main body, integrates the organizational institutions at all levels, teaching resources, scientific research resources and practice platform and other elements, and systematically and pertinently provides education, training and services for students. "Outreach" is to actively build a bridge between colleges and universities and the three environmental factors of government, enterprise and society to provide guarantees and services for entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial activities. " The ecosystem of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities needs to establish an effective operation mechanism. "one subject and three factors" perform their duties. Colleges and universities are the core of the system operation, the state is the leading force of the system operation, the society is the environmental guarantee of the system operation, and the enterprise is the external support of the system operation. Each factor not only gives full play to its own efficiency, but also exchanges energy with the surrounding environment. To form a sustainable and healthy environment suitable for the development of entrepreneurship education.
