体育院校大学生自我同一性的特点研究

【摘要】: 自我同一性是当下人们在探讨生命归属与意义时的重要心理学概念。顺利发展的自我同一性会使我们更好地认识自己,正确地对待日常生活、工作学习过程中所遇到的困难。本文对国内外关于自我同一性的概念、理论进行阐述、整合,利用EOM-EIS-2对武汉体育学院和武汉理工大学、湖北第二师范学院334名大学生进行测试,采用方差分析的统计方法研究体育院校大学生自我同一性的发展特点及其与普通院校大学生自我同一性发展状况的差异,进而为自我同一性的研究提供实证资料,丰富国内大学生自我同一性研究的理论,并为体育院校大学生心理健康教育提供理论依据。 研究结果发现:(1)体育院校的大学生自我同一性的发展存在明显的年级特点体育院校大学生的自我同一性从一年级到三年级呈波浪式的发展趋势,二年级的自我同一性发展状况最好,到三年级之后有重新进入危机的趋势。(2)体育院校大学生自我同一性的发展在个别领域存在一定的性别差异。相对于男生,女生更有可能在人际关系领域形成成就型自我同一性状态。(3)体育院校大学生自我同一性的发展不存在显著的运动项目差异,从事不同运动项目的被试间自我同一性的发展不存在显著差异。(4)体育院校大学生的自我同一性发展状况与普通院校大学生自我同一性发展状况存在显著的差异。总体上体育院校大学生的自我同一性发展水平要比普通院校大学生的发展水平稍差。
[Abstract]:Self-identity is an important psychological concept when people are discussing the belonging and meaning of life. The successful development of self-identity will make us better understand ourselves and treat our daily life correctly. This paper expounds and integrates the concepts and theories of self-identity at home and abroad, and uses EOM-EIS-2 to test 334 college students of Wuhan Institute of physical Education, Wuhan University of Technology and Hubei No. 2 normal University. Using the statistical method of variance analysis, this paper studies the development characteristics of self-identity of physical education college students and the difference between the development of self-identity and the development of self-identity of ordinary college students, and then provides empirical data for the study of self-identity. It enriches the theory of self-identity of college students in China and provides theoretical basis for psychological health education of students in physical education colleges. The results show that the development of students' self-identity in physical education colleges has obvious grade characteristics. The self-identity of students in physical education colleges shows a wave trend from grade one to grade three. The development of self-identity in the second grade is the best, and there is a tendency to re-enter the crisis after the third grade.) there are certain gender differences in the development of the self-identity of the students in the physical education colleges and universities in some fields. Female students are more likely to form the status of achievement self-identity in the field of interpersonal relationship. 3) there is no significant difference in the development of self-identity in physical education college students. There is no significant difference in the development of self-identity among the subjects engaged in different sports. 4) there is a significant difference between the development of self-identity of college students and the development of self-identity of ordinary college students. On the whole, the development level of self-identity of PE college students is a little worse than that of ordinary college students.
