【摘要】：日本在办学层次上,专门职业研究生院提供了学生继续深造学习的机会,专门技能型硕士和博士的培养,主要由综合性大学承担,由于制度设计比较合理,为高等职业教育的技能型人才提供了继续提高素质、提升水平的阶梯,也为我国发展高等职业教育提供了可资借鉴的经验。
[Abstract]:At the level of running a school in Japan, specialized vocational graduate schools provide students with the opportunity to continue their further studies. The training of master's and doctorates in specialized skills is mainly undertaken by comprehensive universities, since the system is reasonably designed.It provides a ladder for the technical talents of higher vocational education to continue to improve their quality and level, and also provides a reference experience for the development of higher vocational education in our country.
